These guys are GREAT! We just upgraded our main TV to HD and it wouldn't work with our old DVR from DIRECTV so we stopped in to see if Chris and his guys could help us, and boy were we lucky. I have a great deal of computer experience but know next to nothing about television transmission, especially satellite, but they immediately sent Greg out in the snowy weather to replace our satellite dish, our DVR and receivers and hook up both of our TV's. I could not believe the efficiency of Greg and Tony in the office to get our new Christmas gift and our old TV going on High Definition before the Holidays!!!! These guys are awesome. When I first moved to Des Moines I call directv directly and it took them forever to come out and tell me they can't do my service because of a tree even though the house previously had it. I went to rockstar on a recommendation and I walked in on a Thursday and talked to Tony and I had one of their techs at my house on Sunday afternoon doing the install just fine.
