And when it is time to get a new computer, they can just put this solid state hard drive and the new ram from this computer into the new one. When changing the drive, they were able to clone the old drive so it not only still had all my software on the new drive but it also knew my network. Just had to plug in the improved computer and get to work. They also installed a program that protects my computer from all viruses and trojans. The service was great and the tech very knowledgeable.
