I was a bit lost trying to decide where to go for a iPhone screen repair because I didn't have a clue who would be trustworthy or what to expect for pricing. I have been to this business multiple times, and have spent about $1000 over the last year. In the last month or so I have been in twice. I first went in to get my phone repaired after the screen had stopped working. It seemed to be repaired when I picked it up and paid. That evening and next day the screen still wasn't working correctly. I wasn't able to make it back in right away because of the business hours, and because I didn't have the extra money to get anything else fixed. When I did make it back in I was informed that it was my fault that my phone wasn't working. (it was not... it just didn't get fixed correctly the first time around) In order for them to fix the original problem I was informed that I was going to be charged another $100 for exactly the same thing, and the problem wasn't their fault because I didn't pay the extra $45 for a screen protector... which I had paid for previously on the phone, but had apparently wasted money on, and didn't have the extra money to have put on again when I went in to get the phone repaired two weeks ago. I did not 'rebrake' my phone. My phone did not get fully repaired the first time and the problem was ongoing. I am still going to end up paying around $250 to fix the LCD screen that needs to be repaired on the iphone 7 that I purchased (from the Mobile Spot) 8 months ago for around $400. read more

Ive been to mobile spot a few times before, most of the times it has been to upgrade my laptop, they always do a good job at it, along with that I have also broke the LCD on my laptop, they fixed it within, id say maybe 1-2 weeks, now I am currently getting a few screws in it and maybe a new fan, I am going to pick it up now while they order some of the parts, I belive thats what they are doing anyways. read more
