Not only did Rob agree to fix my keyboard issue he did it with lightning-fast speed and at a very reasonable price. Let me define fast. I dropped off my laptop a bit after 7pm which of course is outside regular business hours. I got an email the next morning, even before I was awake saying: "Laptop is all ready to go. Let me know when you would like to pick it up." I had my laptop back in my hands within 30 mins after getting his email. This being Thanksgiving week, I was not expecting that fast of a turn around.
