My old computer died; I needed documents on that computer. I bought a new computer and still in the box, brought it to these guys, they recovered all my documents, and set up everything for me on my new computer, and they did it in one day!! I was so relieved and so happy, I am 76 years old and am computer illiterate. these guys took so much stress off of me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Really nice, professional and understanding guys. read more

Took in a desktop PC that was running slow and they thought right away the problem was the mechanical hard drive. I originally went in on a Thursday,. and they suggested I come back in the following Monday so that they could get to it more quickly. I brought it back in that Monday, and hadn't heard back, so I called Friday and they told me it looked ok overall (no viruses, etc.), but the hard drive replacement should help. I told them to go ahead with the work. I got a call the following Wednesday afternoon telling me it was done. The first week was a holiday week, so the swap took just over 6 business days. The fix is fantastic! All the files, etc. were cloned perfectly to the new hard drive, which is amazingly faster than the previous one. From looking at the work order, I can see where they did the work pretty efficiently, they just didn't contact me to move ahead as promptly. The computer was done 2 days before I was notified it was ready, and there was a day lag from evaluation to me calling them to check in and move ahead with the new hard drive. So, all in all, I'm very happy with the end result and the work that was done. There were just some opportunities to get things moving a bit faster to cut down on the time I was without the computer. read more

They helped me recover data from a corrupt portable hard drive. Great customer service, and most importantly they provided me with my data that I could have lost forever! Thank you Little Dog Tech. read more

Save your $$$$. Was hopeful that they could help with a personal profile hack, after an initial phone conversation we came in store for assistance. Once there, they "attempted" to fix the problem, unfortunately they were doing the exact thing we had been trying for 2+ days. He literally just printed out Google's suggestions on how to recover your account. After an hour of doing the exact same things we had already attempted we were charged $200 for absolutely no help and no results. wish they would have been transparent in the fact that had never attempted to recover social media hacked account, etc. Very upsetting to have to pay a large sum amount of money for them to simply Google "how to" . No expert help No assistance No results No experience Complete waste of time and $$ read more

Have you wondered what you would do if your computer stops working? Well, worry no more. I called a few different places to get an idea of cost to repair what I believed to be a broken jack on my laptop. Little Dog Tech returned my call quickly and I found their website to be very informative about costs for different issues. I took the laptop to the store (that is in a small strip mall on the corner of 50th and Ashworth). I received a call from Paul the next day telling me he couldn't find anything wrong with the jack and it may only be that my cord was the problem. It turns out he was correct. So not only did he find the problem quickly, he was honest with me about the jack not needing to be replaced. That sold me. Give this place a chance if you find yourself in a pickle. They were great for me. read more

Called today and spoke with Cody I believe. My computer was shutting down a lot and I was trying to make the decision to fix it or get a new one. Cody gave me some advice on what may be the problem for free, told me certain brands to avoid if I decided I wanted to buy a new one. He offered me some different products and services, but never pushed anything on me and was great! I will be coming here with all my computer needs. read more

Efficient, courteous, professional, and cost-effective. Location and hours make it easy to get to. They had the part and did the job in one day. Don't bother looking for any other place - problem solved. read more

My computer innards are about as foreign to me as my car innards and seemingly just as complex. So when my computer ceased to function, I felt like an intrepid ignoramous on how to go about getting it fixed. I saw Little Dog Tech's ad and I must admit the prices (flat fees especially) initially enticed me and drew me in. I contacted Paul at Little Dog Tech and everything from there on was easier, faster and cheaper than I could have ever anticipated from so mysterious an occupation. Paul picked up and delivered my computer personally. Then when it required parts, he searched around to find something economical and functional and called me to let me know exactly what was up on every step of the journey. In the end, my computer came back fully functional, quieter, and somewhat faster. I highly recommend Little Dog Tech. read more

I can't say enough about the knowledge and service commitment I have found here. Paul, and his staff, are smart, patient and hard working. I am impressed how well they remember things they have done for me in the past without even consulting their records. Their prices are fair, or better. They have really earned my business and I strongly recommend you try them read more

I originally took my laptop to a competitor. After two weeks it was still not fixed. I then retrieved my computer and took it to Little Dog. I kid you not, and I'm not exaggerating, Cody greeted me at the door, carried my computer to the main counter, and had it fixed in less than TWO HOURS! Unbelievable service. I am a true believer, and will always make Little Dog my first call for computer issues. read more

I took my laptop in for a problem with a faulty wire, and it was fixed within a few days. The pricing was lower than any other place. A few months later it was broken again. The break was clearly a computer malfunction and nothing that they did. However they agreed to fix it again, and wave the labor costs so I only paid a small amount for the part. Very nice, and they do a great job for a low price. read more

Amazing staff and unbeatable service!!! It's not often in today's world that you find a diamond in the rough, but this time I did. I've been a repeat client now for the past 3 years and have yet to be dissatisfied with the assistance I've received from this small hometown company. Paul and his staff go above and beyond repeatedly to make sure business is done right and for a very reasonable price. I feel so lucky to have found this group to work with after having gone thru horrible experiences with other less qualified people/businesses. What a hidden gem!!!! read more
