Took in a desktop PC that was running slow and they thought right away the problem was the mechanical hard drive. I originally went in on a Thursday,. and they suggested I come back in the following Monday so that they could get to it more quickly. I brought it back in that Monday, and hadn't heard back, so I called Friday and they told me it looked ok overall (no viruses, etc.), but the hard drive replacement should help. I told them to go ahead with the work. I got a call the following Wednesday afternoon telling me it was done. The first week was a holiday week, so the swap took just over 6 business days. The fix is fantastic! All the files, etc. were cloned perfectly to the new hard drive, which is amazingly faster than the previous one. From looking at the work order, I can see where they did the work pretty efficiently, they just didn't contact me to move ahead as promptly. The computer was done 2 days before I was notified it was ready, and there was a day lag from evaluation to me calling them to check in and move ahead with the new hard drive. So, all in all, I'm very happy with the end result and the work that was done. There were just some opportunities to get things moving a bit faster to cut down on the time I was without the computer. read more

Save your $$$$. Was hopeful that they could help with a personal profile hack, after an initial phone conversation we came in store for assistance. Once there, they "attempted" to fix the problem, unfortunately they were doing the exact thing we had been trying for 2+ days. He literally just printed out Google's suggestions on how to recover your account. After an hour of doing the exact same things we had already attempted we were charged $200 for absolutely no help and no results. wish they would have been transparent in the fact that had never attempted to recover social media hacked account, etc. Very upsetting to have to pay a large sum amount of money for them to simply Google "how to" . Have you wondered what you would do if your computer stops working? Well, worry no more. I called a few different places to get an idea of cost to repair what I believed to be a broken jack on my laptop. Little Dog Tech returned my call quickly and I found their website to be very informative about costs for different issues. I took the laptop to the store (that is in a small strip mall on the corner of 50th and Ashworth). I took my laptop in for a problem with a faulty wire, and it was fixed within a few days. The pricing was lower than any other place. A few months later it was broken again. The break was clearly a computer malfunction and nothing that they did. However they agreed to fix it again, and wave the labor costs so I only paid a small amount for the part.
