This job should have taken an hour max and I was charged for 5 hours which included the time he sat in his van and waited for an individual to show up to help. On top of that they left 2 holes in my wall in the basement and left the hole in the wall where the thermostat used to be. This company is ran by a scumbag and his employees are no better. I feel the price was right for the work done. He did exactly what was asked and even swapped out an extension cord I had elsewhere which was a bit too short for the job. Lately it's been 76 or as high as 84 degrees in my home. Now ask yourself Aspen Aire, would that be acceptable in your home??? I've talked to Alex multiple times and emailed Craig and conveniently no one will call. They've said "it seems to be working" . At the start of this summer they found a huge HOLE in my ceiling that was never taken care of when the new unit was installed. They won't claim they made the hole but it wasn't ever finished until recently. I did get an inspection done and now it's concluded that possibly the duct work isn't correct. I will post this on every social media form to warn people against using them in the hopes of saving someone the mess I have.
