Customer Service representatives Sheena and Shalonda responded immediately, and made what could have been a highly frustrating and negative experience very positive, and presented the face of a company that appreciates the value of solid customer service and what benefits that brings to the company. The damages to our 6-drawer dresser will be made whole thanks to the efforts of these two excellent representatives of Homemakers. I cannot express enough what a positive experience this was despite some challenges with the shipping contractor. Would order from Homemakers.com again without reservation.

I picked up a really good deal on an item at Homemakers on Douglas, and in addition had NFM deliver several high quality items at a good Memorial Day Sale price.
