Update 2/13/20: Talked to Terry, the owner of Maximum Sight and Sound and he admitted that the…read moreperson who worked on the tv messed up and it didn't have the original parts still in it like I thought when I took it to Fish Electronics. He made an attempt to try and make things right and I do try to support local business which is why I didn't take it to Best Buy where I got the tv five years to be looked at in the first place. It sounded like he is trying to improve things since there was a more than a good chance the tv would have been repairable.
