The owner of Cleanly, Mike, responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to stop by the following day to tour the property. He arrived early for our appointment to review our cleaning needs and provided an estimate by the next day. I really appreciated Mike's prompt response to all my communications with him. Cleanly ended up winning a contract with our building. They were able to provide services within the next few days which we appreciated since our building really needed a cleaning. The owner and his cleaning staff are friendly and professional. They work hard to get the job done and do a good job. I've been extremely pleased with their services from start to finish.

If I could have said ZERO stars, I would have. DO NOT USE ASAP SERVICES!…read moreThe FIRST cleaning was done by Val - she was EXCELLANT! The second cleaning was done by a different cleaner. I was not expecting anyone else so I called the ASAP business and requested that I be assigned Val, and I was told that she was not available for additional assignments. The new cleaner was AWFUL! It did not matter if I left notes with specific chores to be done (like wash the bathroom floors) the work was spotty and inconsistent! I called the ASAP Services office and often had to leave a message that was rarely responded to, and nothing changed with the quality of cleaning - so I terminated the arrangement with them... SO GLAD I DID!

She made an appointment to come see the home and gave me a great price compared to my other estimates. She showed up on time and really DEEP CLEANED the home. I've hired numerous cleaning companies in the past, but have never been truly impressed with the end result. This was not the case, all of the walls, trim, floors, appliances, well EVERYTHING. When she was done everything smelled and looked great! I'm sure it helped tremendously in the sale as I had 3 dogs and not the best at keeping my house clean. Thank you so much Albana!

I priced several cleaners, and her prices were the best. It was so difficult to find cleaning companies who could do the job on a weekend, as we live out-of-state and couldn't be there during the week, but she could. She also does her own carpet shampooing, which was also difficult to find with other companies. I don't understand why more cleaning services don't offer carpet shampooing. We still have the garage to clean out, and we are hiring her again to help with that as well.
