We were arriving on Sunday and moving Tuesday morning. My mom has called a few times from the east coast and had general information. Damon came to us on Sunday and went over things with her so she understood what would be happening and pricing. On Monday 2 very professional looking gents arrived and in a few short hours helped us pack up a TON of stuff. Everything was wrapped and packed better then I would have been able to in such a short time. We had so many boxes around in a small area it was hard to move and keep packing. They also were able to help take some things off the walls as we had no tools in the place. Damon called later that afternoon to ensure we were ready to go as we could be and see if there was anything we needed more help with. I thought that was great and never have I had that type of service before. Tuesday morning they arrived at 8AM on the dot. The 2 men that were to come and pack the truck arrived as well as Damon and Mr. Adams to help get the truck packed. I could not believe how quickly that had everything done. In the space of less then an hour they had the entire apartment cleared out and packed in the truck. Everything was handled with the utmost care and kindness. They even brought special packing materials to ensure that a very old grandfather clock was moved with out incident. It was very nice to see our family history being cared for so delicately. They knew we were short on time and help to get the little bit of garbage left in the apartment bagged up so I could get it to the dumpster before we left. We made the 2 hour drive and the same amount of care that was taken to load was taken while unloading and putting into our storage unit. They were careful to make sure to keep certain things in the places we wanted them so they could be accessed when needed for grandmother's new residence. I would recommend them again and again to anyone who asks. I wish they had been here in Denver when I needed movers as I have several times over the years. Thank you Damon, Jerry, Blake and Mr. Adams for your help. Tip: Make sure you keep your garbage bags out; you may need them to clean up after all your stuff is moved out. Can't use then if they are packed!

They called 15 minutes in advance of their arrival (which was right on time), and brought as extra mover with them free of charge. They finished in under 30 minutes, and packed everything really carefully and efficiently into the truck so that nothing fell over or scratched on our move to smother state. They were very knowledgeable and personable making an overwhelming experience a stress free one for our family. Worth every penny of labor and tip!

The two young men that loaded our truck were very friendly and respectful. However, the loading…read morejob was extremely poor. When we arrived at our destination, the movers who unloaded (also with Two Men and a Truck) stated numerous times how terrible the packing job was. All heavy furniture was placed on top of boxes and totes, completely crushing many of the boxes. We had a damaged wagon, elliptical, sitting room chair set and more. I reported this to the company immediately (while I am only including pictures of one box and one tote, there were many that looked the same). I was offered a $250 refund. I explained that the damage was not the potential fault of the moving vehicle or driver; that had the truck been loaded properly and boxes not crushed by heavy furniture, damage would have been mitigated. This office manager was unwilling to do anything further. Please note- Two Men and a Truck Urbandale does not stand behind their work and if you have damaged items, you have zero recourse. Very unsatisfied with the way this office conducts business and treats their customers.
