I am a senior citizen, and they have always treated me with extra attention. Each time I needed a new Laptop, the transition was seamless with the extra touch of locating special files and having them readily available on desktop-with verbal instructions and offer to help if I had any trouble accessing. My laptop died this Monday night, took it in AM Tuesday, diagnosed by that afternoon and picked up my new unit Wednesday. I plugged it in, signed in to some apps and downloaded per their instructions-and all was in place in no time! I do not need to go anywhere else! Thank you!!

If Dan would've simply apologized and ate the fee, I would've still been a customer today but it was obviously more a matter of pride for Dan when I spoke with him over the phone instead of doing what was right b/c of their mistake. He made an attempt to try and make things right and I do try to support local business which is why I didn't take it to Best Buy where I got the tv five years to be looked at in the first place. It sounded like he is trying to improve things since there was a more than a good chance the tv would have been repairable.
