IOU is a nice sushi spot! We came for lunch over the weekend. It wasn't busy so we sat at the bar seating. All of the rolls were good and fresh. Our server was friendly. The prices were fair. I liked their music and the TVs. Parking is easy. The central location is nice if you have other errands to run while you're out. We've come to IOU a few times and always enjoy the time!

AYCE sushi for $31 per person seemed too good to be true, and I fear that it was. The vibes are casual, the waitstaff was friendly, but the chefs had no sense of urgency putting together my order. My partner nearly finished his plate before mine. The menu has a good mix of nigiri, hand rolls, maki, and specialty rolls. The quality of fish was just okay to me and it seemed like a lot of their menu items were fried or seared. I was disappointed to see some of my pieces were seared when I was intentional about not choosing that. Overall, you get what you pay for here.

We came on a busy Friday evening. We ordered off of the AYCE menu: quail egg starters, ikura, and a few rolls. The eggs were very tasty and salty but it did take them a hour to make it because they had to hand make each one. The rolls were good, but not particularly memorable. The ikura was a great deal and the portions were more than generous. The service was slow, but there were lots of tables and our order of 24 eggs and a few rolls was huge. As for the ambience, it is decent with somewhat loud music and a movie playing in the background. Overall, it was pricy but well worth it if you have the appetite.

I visited IOU Sushi while on the prowl for an AYCE sushi to stuff my face with. To my delight, this place is affordable and tasty! The AYCE menu is expansive and it felt like no matter what I asked for, it was all great food. The staff was surprisingly laid back and friendly for being a busy evening, and I really enjoyed my meal thanks to the hospitality. Wait staff was quick to deliver my order and chefs (visible from dining room) worked with purpose. The restaurant itself is in a good area of town and the interior was orderly and clean. The center-back of the dining room is a sushi bar where you can watch the chefs dismay as they read over and prepare your 15 item AYCE order. My one judgment would be the confused decor. Glad I found this spot and I will be coming back

This is an all you can eat sushi. Great location and vibes! I tried the pohnpei and dragon roll that was torched! They also have an amazing teriyaki chicken for the ones that don't want sushi. The appetizers are so very yummy I had the tuna appetizer and the sauce was amazing. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the place is immaculate clean. Prices are fair! Will def be coming back soon to try more rolls.

What is the price of all you can eat? Answer: It is $24 for lunch, $25 for dinner as of 11/2021

As of January 2026, lunch was $23 and dinner $32, I think.

    Are there any vegan options?

Yes and you can customize any roll. I like the tempura sweet potato with avocado and cucumber, but the options are endless.

And finally, I would be remiss if I did not say how much I love the ambiance. The baseball theme and passion for the game is evident and heartfelt. If O Sushi was a baseball team they would definitely be in the Big Leagues and they would definitely have a World Series appearance on a regular basis. Keep up the Amazing work O Sushi. Judgment of the Ahi color when it first came out I was already skeptical. Honestly there's a lot better restaurants out there with fresher fish. The salmon was the only redeeming quality. Instead of giving more fish they give Sunomono (pickled cucumber) and Korean seaweed salad I only got one cup of water and tea. Wasn't asked for a refill. Miso Soup was the machine made one so it was a bit salty.

I opted for the #3 lunch special (3 pieces of sushi and a roll + miso soup) for $14. All reasonable, given that it's sushi, but I'll be honest, this still-growing-boy needed a bit more after that! The sushi itself was "ok" but the hand roll was terrific. Staff was attentive to all entrees and drinks (refilling my friend's diet coke 3 times!) and had zero problem with doing 4 separate checks too. Feb 7 for two Hamachi Kamas ($16/each) and one Chirashi ($30) to go. These Kamas came with salad, miso soup, rice and half orange. Well salted and peppered to perfection. Chirashi was similar with abandon of fresh sashimis and rice. (see photos below) Their sushi boat ($59) is always a delightful feast for multiple people. Their servers are very friendly and attentive to all customers too. I highly recommend this restaurant to all sushi lovers. (Other Note: Ordered same dishes from Kazoku sushi on Feb 3rd because Sushi Cho was closed. Their Hamachi kamas were much smaller, charred, no garnishes and more expensive ($18). Their Chirashi ($35) sashimis are very fresh too, but not as much and not as many kinds as Sushi Cho.)

We had a table so we'd be able to watch the TVs since baseball was on. Our servers named is Cassandra and she was the best server I think we've ever had, she was so kind and helpful. She made sure to keep checking in and keeping us ordering more and more food. We asked what items she liked the most, and she was spot on for all her recommendations. We stayed I think 3 hours and just took our time trying different food items and the only one that needs work is the tempura it was undercooked and not crispy enough. My favorite item was the fried fish, and my cocktail the Pineapple Express. I had read a some reviews before going and we did hear they had a lot of bad reviews from previous staff. The restaurant has definitely turned around from what you've read, so if you had a bad first impression I would recommend going back and trying them again. The one thing I do want to throw out there is the lack of bartenders that's my only call out. My mom wanted an old fashioned and the guy who made it was a bar back and had no experience making drinks. So once you fix that then I think you'll be killing it. So until that happens my rating will be 4 stars, so that way there's a chance for improvement. Next time I'm visiting I will be coming back and hopefully Cassandra is still working, she's one of your best workers.
