Unfortunately, all of their reviews are removed, but read through on here and the BBB. I should have before hiring them. After nine months of difficulty reaching the owner and being shuffled about, my concerns are still not resolved. It started with being quoted 3-4 weeks for delivery, so the first week of January, and then corrected by the owner to more likely 5-6 with it being shipped around the holidays. That was still doable and all part of moving. I was told they would up my estimated size but if I didn't fill the whole amt, no worries, they would adjust up or down to fit. I filled paperwork out with Sa**a and thought all was good to go with several reassurances about being a family organisation and understanding the stress of an international move, the owner having moved from Russia himself. It made me feel better about signing the contract until the movers showed up (late mind you). Their subcontractor talked me into selling her my bed set after a long explanation how it would put me so far over the size (not true, I later learned) and I would be better off coming in at less which would lower my bill plus I could then buy in the UK since the bedrooms are smaller here. This was witnessed by my daughter, sister, and two friends who were helping me bubble wrap items into oblivion. Her movers ( IMN's subcontractor) took apart and lost several pieces to my daughter's bed (as I was to find out later) and packaged her TV and other items of value that I was concerned about how to pack. So off went my belongings to NY where they were to be sent out on a boat later that week (per the owner who later changed his story...) and I got on a plane with the sub still having not come to get my gorgeous big bedroom set or receiving the money's for it, nor an offer to come back and pick it up from IMN. It was still to be over a week before that was resolved... Fast forward two weeks without calls back, emails unanswered about when my items were being delivered so I could coordinate schedules with getting into my new place and starting the new job. Wait, and onto another two afterward... Nearly four weeks and I was informed via email of tracking and that it would likely be February for delivery. And I MUST have been mistaken, I was told, about the 3-4/5-6 weeks originally quoted. Two separate checks were sent for payment (they say they accept cc- they don't.) and both were lost. Mybank never received them back and I was lectured by the owner when I had (and still have copies) of emails letting them know they were sent and to please confirm receipt... Well, I reissued a third check and incurred stop pymt fees on the others. They finally cashed it, but to note- they charged for the full space, even though I came in 100 ft3 less! Another item I was "mistaken" on, apparently. So I waited and incurred over $1800 in expenses (on top of the overcharge) for air mattresses and basic supplies for the place. I didn't go overboard, bought basics at asda, but do have two kids so needed flatware, dishes, pans, towels and linens, etc. expenses piled up after right weeks of all my items being on a ship somewhere in the Atlantic. The owner offered me $600 for the items but no explanation why or how he came up with that number, despite several requests and lack in getting any reply from IMN. Finally, mid march came (only two months after the quoted date...) and woohoo- delivery day! They only had one slot open which was between 11am and 1pm. I had just started a new job so had to take the day off unpaid unless I wanted to wait longer and incur holding costs. So 11 came and went, as did 1pm. No answer on where or when the drivers were coming, just "they should be there shortly!". Finally- 7:30pm they show up- after my helpers had to leave. And after losing a days wages. The movers were nice, exhausted, and eager to get the job done. I checked off boxes with the guys, including 5 demolished to the point they had items hanging out the side and missing or damaged. Oh, and, wait- I was missing 7 boxes? Including the TV they packed? They called the office but everyone was gone. I told them I would call IMN so they started putting my daughters bed together and pieces were missing (another $600 item I was out- before even accounting for the damaged and missing items yet). I called the owner, who then started SCREAMING at me when I was frantic about my missing and broken/lost pieces. I had to ask him several times to stop yelling at me before he calmed down and said to list what was missing and send the photos (which I did and will gladly post for all to see) and was told he would look at the list and come back to me after he spoke with his subs about the missing boxes and loss of time/items. Weeks went by and nothing, despite emails from me asking. Now 8 mos and still not resolved. I lost well over $5000 and I am forced to seek other means of resolution. This is not a "family" company or a good group at all. read more

It has taken me a long time to find the right words to describe our incredible experience with Be Honest Moving company. From the moment David along with his team arrived to provide us with an estimate, he grasped our requirements and could effortlessly fulfill them. Howard was really kind and patient with our many phone calls in the weeks and days preceding up to the move. He assured us that everything would be OK during the transfer and that their services would be suitable for our requirements. The four movers showed up promptly on the scheduled moving day and had even contacted ahead of time to confirm their arrival. Walter , who was in charge of the crew, and the others began working after taking a brief inventory of the house. In addition to giving me an estimate and explaining how they worked, they carefully addressed all of my questions. They were punctual, polite, and professional, and it didn't matter that my 1.5-year-old tried to block their path. We paid just what we had planned, and nothing broke during the move. In addition to receiving the 5% discount for their old members, we were able to make use of the wardrobe boxes. We would definitely work with them again. Even though relocating might be a pain, Be Honest Moving company made the process much easier. The young movers continued unaffected while we wrapped up a few things. All of them seemed competent and well-informed. Despite the gravity of the situation, David along with his crew managed to keep his crew laughing and smiling. It was so scorching that we thought they may give up, but they kept going. In the end, we resorted to begging for lunch money to buy them a break. They just had their lunch and continued working, even though we had anticipated that they would take a half-hour break when it arrived. Everyone was in a great mood and grateful for the coffee that I served then in a gap. I am really satisfied the way they packed everything up and moved me into a new home without any hitch. Thank god I took the right decision and at the end of the day everything arrived in my home unscathed. The plus point was they arranged everything according to my given instructions as well. January 4th, 2017 I would like to take this opportunity to thank John Zohar and International Movers Network for their great customer service and prompt delivery of my household goods from my residence in Florida to Sweden, Europe. The order was placed at short notice before Christmas and John undertook to deliver our worldly belongings before business closed for the holidays. We were quoted a fair price for the delivery and everything was explained to us regarding the shipping times and charges for the shipment. His secretary, Sasha Wilches was always available to deal with enquiries and put us in contact with John. We always received timely and helpful advice from him when we had questions, to which he listened with a great deal of patience, putting our minds at rest. Gal Zohar in Accounting was also available to expedite and clarify the payments needed to get things rolling. International Movers Network provided us with the necessary contact names and numbers of the persons receiving our goods in Europe so that we always knew when and how our goods would arrive. Details were given regarding the requirements of the customs service in the country of arrival so that we could expedite a speedy passage and avoid delays. Due to time constraints in order to take up my new job, I had to leave my wife in charge of the final packing, but Mr Zohar was in constant communication with us both even when I was in Europe. This gave me confidence and peace of mind that all was going smoothly. Our shipping consignment was delivered to its final address in good condition. Nothing was missing. To save money, we had personally packed most of the goods in flimsy plastic containers, of which some had cracked lids or sides due to stacking, but the extra packing supplied by the shipping company ensured that this did not affect the contents or allow the loss of any items. Due to the fact that these are personal items which mean a great deal to us, we were anxious that the delivery might go awry or be late, but happily our expectations were exceeded and Mr Zohar came through for us - I am delighted to recommend his services and International Movers Network to anyone needing to ship goods over a long distance as we did. I'm thrilled with how the movers from this company did their job. That was my first time moving, so I was nervous. But their movers made the process well. One of the things I was most worried about moving to my new flat was my pool table. The other was my Peloton bike. The team reassured me that everything would be fine and they would handle it.
