He deserves a five himself... I am very appreciative of him for his diligent work after our complaints. Title One never sent the wire to our mortgage company. We received a late charge in March and stated we had not made a payment when the loan was paid off by TitleOne in Escrow. After calling TitleOne they finally paid the home off one month late. We were made to pay an additional $589.78 in additional interest from our small retirement income. I would not recommend this branch of Title One to anyone.

There is a DJ spinning La Chona and other classics and the vibe is very family friendly.

For the museum type, you can walk around and look at artwork on the walls upstairs and downstairs, bright, colorful murals showcasing some classic Mexican themes like loteria, La Virgen de Guadalupe, Selena, and a low rider couple. They also have a room that has some ornate Mexican sombreros, dolls, and more artwork. This would be a great place to take younger kids, or homeschoolers on a field trip, and of course, to rent space from to host a variety of events.

Chance gave us suggestions and helped us make decisions that made our home even nicer than we anticipated. Our home was completed a couple of weeks earlier than Tresidio had originally scheduled which is a direct result of their planning, systems and awesome project management. We were so impressed with Austin John of Gem State Solar. You are always taking a chance when you hire someone, but we had read some good reviews and decided to take a chance. Austin was a gem. He was pleasant to work with and really knew his stuff. He explained how a solar fan would work and that it would definitely help the bonus room stay cooler. But, he also discovered that we had no insulation in the part of our attic that was directly over the bonus room!! So, he referred us to someone that could take care of that, and with that problem solved and our new solar fan, we are going to see a big change. I immediately noticed that the bonus room was cooler and it was a lot more comfortable to be up there. The true test was when the grand kids came over and they all hugged me and thanked me for making it cooler up there, which is where they hang out the most. We are so glad we took a chance with Austin. I knew when I saw that he brought his own booties to wear in our home that he was thinking about his customers. He also liked our Corgi, Gus, and that tells me a lot about a person too. He was great to work with!! It is only mid May, and there has been a lot of rain, and I know we made the right decision going with Gem State Solar! the solar fan looks great on the roof, completely unobtrusive, and we can't wait to see how it keeps our home cooler in the summer.
