When we traveled there, he had numerous properties matching our criteria to show us. Throughout the process, he was never pressuring us to make fast decisions and let us go through it organically. After showing us about 27 houses over four days with the patience of a saint, we finally found the one that made the most sense. Although it was over our budget, Brad provided grounding advice and went to bat for us during negotiations. After a long back-and-forth, he made it happen "off hours." Once the offer was accepted, he guided us through the next steps, working closely with our mortgage broker to ensure everything was in order. He even recommended someone for the home inspection, which turned out to be the best ever. Brad went above and beyond in many aspects, making it clear that he was there to help us through the entire process. He's not in it for a quick buck or to get rich quickly; he is truly passionate about his work and a total professional. I would refer Brad a thousand times to anyone interested. (WHICH MOST PEOPLE HAVE) SCAN FOR INFO THEY CAN SELL TO ADVERTISERS. I could never recommend them just for this one policy/ recommendation/ requirement. People have managed to accurately verify others' identities and histories without predatory and risky personal info practices for DECADES, and still can if they actually care about their neighbors and not just themselves and the owners. And are background checks done on owners? They can have violent histories as well, even if they have money or property, and be a security risk to their clients, and they have access to their HOMES AND BEDROOMS. And just because you CAN raise the rent hundreds of dollars upon lease renewal on a long-time years long tenant (that long because they pay on time and are good tenants) and up to the "market rate," and just because it is good for the owners' pockets and yours, doesn't mean its best for OUR COMMUNITY/ COMMUNITIES. You'd know if you spoke to even a couple of the single people, single parent families, other families, and elders, who I personally know, let alone the stories I just hear about over the last 5-8 years, who have been made homeless for months or even a few days or weeks because there's no concern for raising the rent in more reasonable increments that people might possibly be able to absorb over time... and keep being good and happy tenants! And boasting about 50,000 per year increase for landlords who don't actually care about their neighbors as themselves isn't a good look, especially when rents have TRIPLED in some cases in just 5 years... before that they were pretty stable/ rose maybe 5% a year on average for many years prior to that. But then at least you seem to actually repair things that aren't legally mandated, like the A/C when it goes out in mid-summer, unlike other common property owners I know of, so I gave another star. It's disheartening and downright infuriating to see so many people have moved here in droves from elsewhere, CLAIMING to embrace "conservative" values and then go on to clearly be ecstatic to just "get theirs" like almost every other "liberal" ever (I put both in quotes because apparently neither means anything such as truly caring what our Creator wants or what our fellow humans need and what benefits us ALL to build one another UP and to bear with ONE ANOTHER'S burdens so we're all stronger and more capable and resilient). I've been in multiple positions so I recognize comeuppance, the eagerness to gentrify and "make better" while actually pillaging (hello Garden City and Eagle and Kuna most recently) what used to be a state and communities that were a TINY bit affordable, especially for single moms and elders In particular. Regular people (also made in God's image though!) Could be your aunt or cousin, if not your child or parent. or do you think you and yours will never experience health or government problems or that your savings will never be drained or stolen by a desperate health challenge or divorce or abandonment or death or other person or a desperate government that's run up trillions in debt for us all while claiming they're needed and even doing God's will?

Revisions sent either via email from house designer working from out of area to them to be printed for us or others, like builder or interior designer, FTF folks have filled the bill each time quickly and perfectly and at a great price per copy. We have also had them scan full size layout documents to be able to email them back to the designer. First class service and outcome every time with top notch communication to the client when the job is ready. No wonder so many design and construction professionals are coming and going. Highly recommended. They also provide other large scale media, printing and professional design services, so check in with them if you're in the market. THIS N THAT: 1) LOCATION: We're newer to the area but we think their location is considered just on the cusp of Eagle's downtown. 2) PARKING: Private lot shared with a small St. Al's medical clinic. 3) ACCESSIBILITY: Accessible parking outside medical clinic with walkway connecting to FTF level in doorway. 4) GOOD NEIGHBOR: This is not far from the Idaho State Liquor Store on State Street near downtown Eagle and I'm just sayin' that can be a good thing when one is in the midst of designing.
