We were impressed by his experience in the Meridian real estate market. After sending him a note, Jeff reached out and scheduled a call with us and spent the time to get to know us and in particular what our housing needs were. The morning we actually met with Jeff and started looking at homes, it wasn't long before we found our house. However, we quickly discovered that there was already a full price offer on the home. Jeff reached out multiple times to the listing agent to discover what we could do to tip the scales in our favor in a competitive bidding situation. We were very happy later that same day to learn our offer had been accepted. Jeff continued to work hard all the way through the process. Like others have mentioned, I felt not only did we find a great house but through the process Jeff became a friend. I highly recommend Jeff Stewart Realty for any of your real estate needs in the Boise/Meridian area.

He didn't even bother to research my recent neighborhood sale (closed this month, plus sold the first weekend on the market) and I'm pretty sure he thought my house was literally in Mountain Home vs our actual location. 15 minutes prior to our scheduled in person meeting you guys said you didn't have access to my recent listing photos and I needed to go photograph my home and property because business was so good for you, my appointment was turned into a video visit. Then during the meeting he brought up his "access to our last listing history 2 years ago" stating Idaho real estate has gone down since then. That's hilarious. Predatory is the best word that comes to mind since y'all required my mortgage statement to "keep the appointment" to offer 2k to take over my payment and kick me out, suggesting we rent for a year to wait for real estate stability. We are 2 disabled military veterans that live with a single mother and her child. How disgusting and pathetic is that?? Definitely predatory behavior. Watch out, Veterans! Thank you for reminding me to put my thoughts down so I can post my reviews for my few weeks of experience with Offer Up Idaho. I have read all of the other reviews and it makes me wonder if those reviews were paid for.

First off they're so very "up to date" and "transparent" but then their website recommends sending…read moreVERY SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFO VIA UNSECURE EMAIL THAT IT IS WELL-DOCUMENTED THAT ALMOST ALL "FREE" EMAIL LIKE GOOGLE ETC. (WHICH MOST PEOPLE HAVE) SCAN FOR INFO THEY CAN SELL TO ADVERTISERS. I could never recommend them just for this one policy/ recommendation/ requirement. People have managed to accurately verify others' identities and histories without predatory and risky personal info practices for DECADES, and still can if they actually care about their neighbors and not just themselves and the owners. And are background checks done on owners? They can have violent histories as well, even if they have money or property, and be a security risk to their clients, and they have access to their HOMES AND BEDROOMS. And just because you CAN raise the rent hundreds of dollars upon lease renewal on a long-time years long tenant (that long because they pay on time and are good tenants) and up to the "market rate," and just because it is good for the owners' pockets and yours, doesn't mean its best for OUR COMMUNITY/ COMMUNITIES. You'd know if you spoke to even a couple of the single people, single parent families, other families, and elders, who I personally know, let alone the stories I just hear about over the last 5-8 years, who have been made homeless for months or even a few days or weeks because there's no concern for raising the rent in more reasonable increments that people might possibly be able to absorb over time... and keep being good and happy tenants! And boasting about 50,000 per year increase for landlords who don't actually care about their neighbors as themselves isn't a good look, especially when rents have TRIPLED in some cases in just 5 years... before that they were pretty stable/ rose maybe 5% a year on average for many years prior to that. But then at least you seem to actually repair things that aren't legally mandated, like the A/C when it goes out in mid-summer, unlike other common property owners I know of, so I gave another star. It's disheartening and downright infuriating to see so many people have moved here in droves from elsewhere, CLAIMING to embrace "conservative" values and then go on to clearly be ecstatic to just "get theirs" like almost every other "liberal" ever (I put both in quotes because apparently neither means anything such as truly caring what our Creator wants or what our fellow humans need and what benefits us ALL to build one another UP and to bear with ONE ANOTHER'S burdens so we're all stronger and more capable and resilient). I've been in multiple positions so I recognize comeuppance, the eagerness to gentrify and "make better" while actually pillaging (hello Garden City and Eagle and Kuna most recently) what used to be a state and communities that were a TINY bit affordable, especially for single moms and elders In particular. Regular people (also made in God's image though!) Could be your aunt or cousin, if not your child or parent. or do you think you and yours will never experience health or government problems or that your savings will never be drained or stolen by a desperate health challenge or divorce or abandonment or death or other person or a desperate government that's run up trillions in debt for us all while claiming they're needed and even doing God's will?

First thing that struck me was his professionalism and easy to talk to personality. After our conversation I put him in the "possibility" box of realtors I was going to interview before listing my home. Two days later Klark came over and presented how he was going to sell my home - he was an easy choice after seeing his presentation. His 7 step pre -listing plan is simply unlike anything I saw after interviewing multiple realtors for hire. The thing that most impressed me about Klark, and his team, was how innovative they were with videos and social media. After interviewing tons of realtors I could not find anyone else in the real estate industry like Klark and his team. I hired him. After only two short weeks of being on the market Klark presented me with an offer over asking price. I was so impressed.
