Unfortunately Spencer Group did not follow my instructions with the 2nd renters they allowed to move in. The carpets in my entire property were damaged and smelled so bad they needed to be replaced. Liam told me he did not see any pets on the walk throughs but when I requested a copy of the contract it was clear that he had allowed the renters to have 2 pets. I expected honesty from my property management company and did not receive it in several different instances. I was also not told that the renters had stopped paying rent shortly after move in. Instead, Liam was personally paying their rent. I was not given the information to make a decision not to rent to the renters in default until 9 months later when Liam finally disclosed the situation. The situation was perplexing and certainly suspect as to motivations. It was a very strange and costly experience for me.
