During phone call to Carrie Homburg, the branch manager, I was forwarded to another person to answer my questions. The person who answered the phone, wish I had written down her name, was so rude and disrespectful I couldn't believe it. She started with saying in Idaho the title companies don't contact the lender they just wait for the information on closing. Mind you we were supposed to close the next day. I said I couldn't imagine working like that, how do you know it hasn't slipped through the cracks? She responded, "Have you ever been to Idaho? I don't know how it works in California, but here in Idaho that's how it works." I'm not sure why she would even reference California because my Dad is from Oregon. Just a totally rude and disrespectful conversation. The reason we were calling is because he needed the pre-closing summary to go over it before he is in front of a traveling notary. I don't think that is too much of an ask for an 86 year old. Mind you he is paying for closing and I don't think that is any way to treat a customer. Very rude and disrespectful company. When I asked who the manager was, it was Carrie Homburg, the very individual I was trying to get information from. Company culture top down folks. Wouldn't do business with them again, ever!

There was an over abundance of cars on the street unlike the spacious area portrayed on the photos. We had minor issues with the lockbox. Next to the lockbox was a laminated handout warning us of scammers and not to communicate with individuals claiming to be the owners of the condo. We wondered if this neighborhood was as safe as we originally thought. The back patio was very small and looked unkept. Finally the inside was quite old and dark during midday, unlike the open airy well lit spaces portrayed in the photo. We could hear creaks going up the stairs. We felt like we were mislead by photos that did not truly represent the property we viewed.

Serious Issue - On 7/14/2026 I discovered that a lease was set to expire on 7/31/26 and no contact had been made with me or the tenant. First this shouldn't happen and second I shouldn't discover it. Since then it's continued to be poor communication and me pushing. Not what I want from my property management company. Oh and they do the Residential Benefits Package which lines their pockets and effectively jacks up the rent without a true benefit to the owner in my opinion. This alone wouldn't be the issue but the above and the communication style since is not working. No phone call, no assurances, no proactively keeping me posted on progress after I brought the issue to their attention. I had to give direction and ping for follow-up. That's their job, not mine.
