Where Tony truly shines is his hustle. We happened upon the perfect home in a dream location, right when the original buyer fell through, and he sprang into action. On a weekend afternoon, he didn't hesitate to make a 1+ hour drive to walk us through the house and then he got deal done. Literally, from his van parked down by the river, he fired up Starlink and whipped out a winning offer on the spot. Because of their dedication, we landed our dream home. If you want a team who is patient, knowledgeable, and will do whatever it takes to secure your home, Tony, Jill, and Gabby with Thrive in Boise are the best. Highly recommended!

He helped us buy and sell our first house and made the process about as simple and easy as it can be. Seth really knows his stuff and is a great expert to have on your side when buying or selling a home. We were living in Utah when we bought our home in Meridian and he was always more than willing to either walk through a house for us and take videos while giving us honest commentary and opinions on the house, or go on marathon showings with us over a weekend (one weekend I think we walked through about 30 homes). He was super patient with us and helped us find our dream home. When it came time for us to sell, he was there to help us get a full-price offer within 24 hours of putting it on the market. I promise, you won't be disappointed choosing Seth as your agent, he is #1!

When a new subdivision opened within a few blocks of our son, Jeff was there to help us with building our new home. The builder was difficult to work with and Jeff always had our backs. It took 20 months from start to finish and Jeff was always there for us. We are grateful that he insisted that we have a 3rd party independent inspector to go over the property before we closed. This is our 4th new home. We had previous homes built while living out of the area or across the country and never had the problems with a builder that we had with the one in Meridian. Jeff did all the dirty work for us and in the end he personally installed the handicap hand railing in the bathroom. Not part of his job description. That is the kind of dedication he has to his clients. Thank you Jeff and staff. If you need someone that is in your corner during a moving process Jeff will be your White Knight in Shining Armour.

We were impressed by his experience in the Meridian real estate market. After sending him a note, Jeff reached out and scheduled a call with us and spent the time to get to know us and in particular what our housing needs were. The morning we actually met with Jeff and started looking at homes, it wasn't long before we found our house. However, we quickly discovered that there was already a full price offer on the home. Jeff reached out multiple times to the listing agent to discover what we could do to tip the scales in our favor in a competitive bidding situation. We were very happy later that same day to learn our offer had been accepted. Jeff continued to work hard all the way through the process. Like others have mentioned, I felt not only did we find a great house but through the process Jeff became a friend. I highly recommend Jeff Stewart Realty for any of your real estate needs in the Boise/Meridian area.

We found working with John Boles at Jon Goesche Realty a fantastic experience and we highly…read morerecommend his services. To begin the process, John consulted with us 6-8 months in advance. He suggested ways to prepare our house to sell. At the same time, we discussed setting the parameters (cost, area and size) for the house we wanted to purchase. John is clearly an expert in the Treasure Valley housing market and recommended a realistic sell price for our house. The selling price exceeded our expectations. He promptly showed us houses we requested to see. He was more than willing to offer his opinion about the property, pointing out flaws as well as the cost of potential repairs (which we overlooked). John is very well organized and walked us through the very complex process with purchasing and selling a home at the same. He gave us weekly updates and reminders that kept us on track. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to family and friends.

John made the entire transaction and process so easy for me. He was prepared when we met, and was flexible knowing I was only in town for a short period of time. Being in probate, John contacted my probate attorney and got all the proper wording for the paperwork. John is great at communicating and the house had an offer within 24 hours of listing!
