It's stressful enough selling a home when you live in the area, but being out of state makes it much more challenging --- unless you have Andrea and her team working with you! She was there through each and every step of the way. I needed to clean out a 3,000 square foot house that was full of a lifetime worth of all kinds of stuff. Andrea referred me to valuable and trustworthy sources to help with this monumental task. She also made arrangements for cleaners, painters, flooring people, stagers, and various maintenance and repairs that needed to be taken care of. Her team brought in tried and true people to handle these tasks. I would have had to make many trips back and forth from California to Boise if it hadn't been for Andrea. Her knowledge of the Boise housing market, her professionalism, and assistance was invaluable. Andrea was exemplary at communicating with me on a regular basis to give me updates. Ultimately, she found the perfect buyer and guided me through the process to a successful closing. Needless to say, I highly recommend Andrea Pettitt and her team!

As first time home buyers who were also moving from out of state, my husband and I were quite…read morenervous and overwhelmed by starting the process of house hunting and the ins and outs of finding the right home. A huge concern of ours was signing with realtors who weren't as concerned with buyers in a lower price range and buyers who quite honestly needed a bit more hand holding as we knew next to nothing about the process of a home purchase. Even after our first consultation with Kirsten and Rick, we felt loads better. After our first in person meeting, we were more than sure they would treat us well and we couldn't have been more correct. They never once treated us with any judgement and always gave a superior level of customer service for us in spite of being on a more "starter" home budget. They took the time to explain things in plain terms, allow us to ask questions without judgement, and more often than not - anticipated the information we would need or want so we didn't even have to ask the question! After only looking at 4-5 houses with them, both Kirsten and Rick were able to so accurately understand and anticipates our needs and wants for our home that we felt entirely comfortable putting offers on homes that we had not seen but only they had seen in person - we felt 100% sure that if anything was even potentially an issue for our wants and needs, Kirsten and Rick would notice and bring it to our attention. They consistently went above and beyond for us as well. While we were watching for new listings that met our wants/needs constantly, Kirsten and Rick had hawk eyes on the new listings. There were a few listings we'd send them, that without any prompting from us, they had gone to look at on our behalf already. While they had other clients actively working with them at the same time as our home search, never once did Kirsten and Rick not respond nor were they completely unavailable for our inquiries. Response times were always quick and any last minute requests or changes were handled with respect, kindness, and understanding. Their level of organization and their vendor network (lender, title company, home inspector) made the experience incredibly smooth. Kirsten and Rick and their vendors worked so seamlessly together that other than looking at the potential houses, we didn't have to do any of the legwork. We continually kept saying to ourselves, "it cannot be this easy for everyone" and after sharing our experience with family and friends, it clearly is not. We cannot stress enough how incredible the Powell's made our first home buying experience. If there is anyone on the fence about reaching out to them - as a buyer or a seller - don't hesitate any longer! It will certainly be the best decision you make for your home buying or selling process.

I want to start off by saying when I grew up there was no Internet and so buying and/or selling…read more your home, you needed a Realtor to help you. They knew the houses and could take the time to research and find your "dream Home" or sell your home for the most money. Fast forward to Today. The Internet lets the buyer or seller see all that is available as potential new homes or other sellers/competitors to you selling your house. You can see houses all over the Country without having to actually travel so you can go at your own speed and eliminate ones that aren't worth your time actually visiting. What Today's Realtors/RealEstate Agents need to separate them from the thousand of others is to provide Services or information that their competitors don't (i.e. RELIABLE/Trustworthy Repair or Service personnel in a network that they ACTUALLY have experience with). Isaac was very helpful. We were located out of State and had only been to the Greater Boise area once years ago. He listened to our requirements/requests and informed us of areas to look at and ones to avoid. We saw pictures off the Internet and he sent pictures and videos he took himself of places we had narrowed down. He helped by recommending Home Inspectors. We ended up Closing on an house over the Internet without physically seeing it. We could not move into the House until a month later and Isaac would occasionally visit the house to ensure it was not having issues. He also went to the house to let Appliance personnel deliver and set-up appliances including going back when one of the appliances had an issue and needed to be redelivered at a later date. He also opened the Garage to allow the Movers to unload some of our belongings while we were still in Transit. Most Realtors/Real Estate Agents would not do this!!! He had said he had done similar helping for other clients with even a longer period of time between Closing and the Owner actually occupying the house. We cannot thank Issac enough. The only issue we had is once we actually arrived at our home, we never got the chance to meet Isaac in person. We tried communicating with him but as of today(months later), we have got no response. We hope all is well with him and can still highly recommend him to someone looking for their first/next home.
