Coffee maker, chairs, dining table, sofa...etc. Within the first 30 minutes in the house we had noticed over a dozen issues, most notably, not enough parking, no pack and play as advertised (so we have had a screaming baby doing their best to sleep on a bed), fridge doesn't make ice, as well as lack of air-conditioning in bedrooms. The house was burning hot when we arrived so no one slept the first night. They WILL NOT call you on the phone, they defer to bots, AI and texting to communicate. They promise to fix the issue and and then nothing happens. Extremely unprofessional and aggravating. We have children with us and it has been a nightmare, unfortunately. My mother also gave them express authorization to speak with me. Apparently Amanda is extremely threatened by anyone who is strong and assertive as represented in all of the reviews I have read and her responses. She also refused to communicate with me and continues to demand to only speak with my elderly mother. When my mother let her know she would file a complaint with the Idaho attorney general, Amanda threatened her with legal fees stating we would be submitting a fraudulent complaint. Poor Amanda needs some education in addition to manners and accountability. Making a good faith complaint to the IAG is not fraudulent. It is very clear that Amanda likes to bully homeowners and when she can't bully them, she resorts to threats. I have no doubt that she will respond to this in her typical keyboard warrior way and deflect, lie, and throw her temper tantrum. Amanda is a nasty person who is clearly also a very unhappy person. How sad and pathetic that she wants to bully an elderly lady unable to defend herself. Your attitude speaks volumes as do your responses. I look forward to the day this business is taken down and truly hope I get to play a role in that as intend to reach out to anyone and everyone to file a complaint for her discrimination against the elderly.

They can have violent histories as well, even if they have money or property, and be a security risk to their clients, and they have access to their HOMES AND BEDROOMS. And just because you CAN raise the rent hundreds of dollars upon lease renewal on a long-time years long tenant (that long because they pay on time and are good tenants) and up to the "market rate," and just because it is good for the owners' pockets and yours, doesn't mean its best for OUR COMMUNITY/ COMMUNITIES.
