I would never recommend this company to anyone. I purchased a home in the Brody Square subdivision two years ago and it's been a truly horrifying experience. Since closing my dishwasher broke and they refused to help me with the warranty even though it was the ONLY appliance they provided, one of the trees they provided died due to a faulty sprinkler line they installed and they did not provide any support, and now have a burst pipe in my backyard that flooded the entire grass area they won't help with. It's not quality workmanship the cement corner fully chipped off on my walkway and because it was slightly out of my warranty they said "its likely from normal use", some paint has already chipped I had to hire an outside professional to help with repairs, and to top it off the fitting on my water heater was fully corroded and had to be replaced. My wife and I bought a new construction home from Tresidio Homes. I am a real estate agent and I have helped clients with new construction homes in the past, some of which did not have a great experience, so I was wary of buying a new construction home. My experience with Tresidio homes was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was responsive, professional and accomplished what was needed and expected. During the construction process, Chance Koyle was assigned as our Project Manager. Chance was always available when I had questions or concerns and he was at the property while it was being built several times each week. He kept us informed of the building progress and milestones, sending us photos and giving us updates. Chance was a great resource for everything we had questions about. Chance gave us suggestions and helped us make decisions that made our home even nicer than we anticipated. Our home was completed a couple of weeks earlier than Tresidio had originally scheduled which is a direct result of their planning, systems and awesome project management. Our home is well built with quality materials and workmanship! I highly recommend Tresidio Homes, and I would have them build a home for me again and ask that Chance Koyle be our Project Manager. read more

We are the Howa's......so glad and lucky to have Chance Koyl from Tresideo Homes help us with questions and quality control @ our new home in the Valor community in Kuna. Tresidio Homes is wonderful to work with! I represented my buyers, and the process was smooth and stress free. Their team is understanding, communicative, and easy to work with. Everyone was extremely helpful! Our realtor Eric Kulm guided us through the whole process and Tom Waters the program manager was the best! Tom was meticulous and made sure every detail was taken care of. An additional shout out to all staff involved that created our dream home. Thank you. read more

It has been one year since we moved into our Tresidio home (Davenport plan) in Star. We stumbled across this builder on the internet and kept falling in love with the practical plans and floor layouts. We were lucky enough to build this home from dirt up and had control over our design choices. The builder provided an internet tool to prepare ourselves for the detailed in person design selection. The tool was nice to have and was often updated with new choices such as paint and fixtures. The design center team was remarkable as we had a chance to see and modify our online selections. We were assigned a project manager and the home building process began. I was so impressed with their repeatable methodology and planning for home building. Joe Lords was our assigned project manager who kept us apprised of build status weekly and even after key hand off. All our warranty issues were addressed timely. We appreciate the quality of the product and Tresidio being so patient with us in building our new forever home. We couldn't be happier. read more

We bought our Tresidio home in June of 2020. Cinnamon Dilworth was amazing to work with in picking out the perfect lot for us. The design process was amazing and working with Nadza and the team for two days to make our home exactly what we hoped for was an great experience. We lived in CA during the entire build process and our Project manager, Kai Duncan was awesome. He kept us update weekly, provided pictures and worked with us to schedule inspections that met our schedule so that we could be here in person. The entire process was stress free. We have been here five months now and absolutely love our new home. The build quality is amazing and we have not had any issues. We love our new community and state, and would highly recommend Tresidio to anyone looking to purchase a new home! read more

Tresidio Homes - a house with a flag in the front yard - General Contractors Near Me - Meridian, Idaho

We just moved into our new Tresidio home in Star and my husband and I couldn't be happier. We made our design selections a few weeks before the pandemic stay-at-home orders in CA and were unable to travel the entire time our home was being built. Project manager Joe Lords was fantastic--he video chatted with us weekly and posted lots of photos to the Tresidio portal so we could see the progress on the home and he was very responsive to all of our questions. I also want to give a shout out to the design team. Their new design studio is amazing--they had samples of everything and we were able go online in advance of our meeting and make preliminary choices that we finalized in person. I thought it was going to be quite daunting, but it was a lot of fun. I cannot imagine having to go to each vendor to make choices. We are just thrilled with our home and with the team that built it - from the design and project team to all of the vendors they used throughout the process. I highly recommend Tresidio Builders. Feel free to reach out to me with questions if you are considering building with them! read more

This is my first time working with Tresidio Homes. My first Interaction was with Annie Valentine at the parade home at Valor. She has been one of the best realtors I've dealt with including the many realtors I interact with in my career as a home inspector. She is very knowledgeable about the process of buying a home from beginning to end and was easy to contact throughout the build. After securing our lot and selecting our floor plan, Tom Waters was assigned to us as our project manager. Tom was professional and super easy to contact through the building process. Tom was very patient as he dealt with a home inspector (Me) constantly contacting him with questions as the build progressed. He is a man of his word with every aspect of the build. There were a few minor cosmetic issues in the inspection report (as there always is) and Tom took care of all of them without question. I highly recommend Tresidio for the customer service and the attention to detail. They are a high quality builder with outstanding people skills and service. read more

Our home build with Tresidio homes went smoothly despite coordinating & communicating from out of state. Since we've been in our home we've had the expected minor adjustments but otherwise everything looks and works as we had hoped. Andy Rice our 2nd Project Manager took over at a crucial point in the build and did an exceptional job ensuring all exceptions were promptly corrected. Couldn't have asked for better service! Looking forward to enjoying many years in this beautiful home. read more

We bought our Tresidio home in July of 2020. Absolutely love our home! Tresidio has been incredible! Everytime we submitted a warranty claim they were quick to get a contractor out to fix it. They even sent out a reminder a month before our Warranty was up to give us time to submit any other warranty claims! We recently had a water leak that did alot of damage and they were so quick to get contractors out to fix it all. Mike especially has been incredible! He handles customer service and has been so responsive, coming by to do any work that he can do like paint primer or base boards, just to help move things along. Mike is so friendly, kind, and ON IT! Love Tresidio and Mike and highly recommend them to everyone! read more

This was our first home building experience and I'm so glad we went with Tresidio! From our initial meeting, we were impressed with the knowledge and organization of Tresidio's home building process. After selecting our lot, we met with staff on site to see it. Then over the course of a few months we got to see our house take shape from original inception to reality. I love that Tresidio allowed customization. We loved the variety of options and enjoyed making our home truly ours from the home design down to the finishes. The office staff was courteous and helpful too, making the experience that much better. As the construction progressed, we were impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and when we had questions regarding the construction we were pleased with the efficient and immediate response from Tresidio. Having lived in our Tresidio home for over a year, we can also recommend their warranty. We had a couple minor items to be addressed and they were handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction. If you're looking for a quality home builder in the greater Boise area, we highly recommend Tresidio. read more

We started the building process with a bare lot. Tresidio started the building process quickly. We watched from start to finish with great anticipation and excitement. Tresidio was very professional, easy to work with; all the people treated us like family and tended to our needs. The design center is a little over whelming, so many choices and decisions to be made, they were there from start to finish and assisted every way they could to make our decisions easier. We now have a beautiful home (we are the first and only home built in our sub-division). Our home was built quickly with just a few delays because of the rain and snow but Tresidio still finished ahead of schedule. Our home is beautiful, better than we expected. Tresidio is a first class company top to bottom. Our experience with Carl Baker, Eric Kulm, the ladies in the office (sorry ladies I dont remember your names), Nadia in the design center and Kai Duncan our project manager was very good. We were treated like family. We moved from a Tresidio home into a Tresidio home now that says something. Tresidio builds a quality home, uses premium products and doesn't take any shortcuts. If you want a great home built like you want it buy a Tresidio home, you won't regret it we don't. If I ever bought another home I'd buy one from Tresidio and not look at anything else on the market. read more

My experience with Tresidio has been nothing short of phenomenal. I have had multiple business dealings with the owners and they are stand up people. I have also been very impressed with their rapid growth and success. It is impossible for a builder to have this kind of success if they aren't doing things the right way, taking care of their customers and those they do business with. Another thing I really like about Tresidio is their ability to try new things. They bring the fun back into new homes! If you get a chance to walk some of their homes you will see what I mean. A close friend of mine recently built with them as well - an Italian style home with clay tile roof and it is amazing! My friend later added an external garage with a climbing wall in it and it is beautiful as well. These guys do it all. A+. read more

I couldn't be happier with the results of my new home! Every aspect from the beginning to the end was professional. It was my first time in being a part of designing my own home. I was not aware at the beginning of the process that I would have so many options and choices to make. It was truly overwhelming at first but Carl and Elise were amazing in there effort to allow me to built a truly unique production home. In actuality, it is a semi custom home. There is no one in the Boise area with a house like mine! Gari, my project manager was a great person to work with. His attention to detail and his willingness to listen to what and why I wanted it was phenomenal. These people are who I now truly call friends. They treated my house as though it was there own and did not leave me hanging or surprised. I got exactly what I wanted! I'm not exactly sure what happened to Richard in his one star review, but obviously when reading it does appear that he is difficult to please. Sorry Richard, can't imagine that Carl Baker was ever in any way dishonest or mislead you in any way. TresidioHomes is an amazing company with amazing products. I highly recommend them to help you build your own dream home! read more

From my standpoint I had a bad experience purchasing a new home built by Tresidio Homes. We purchased our new home after reviewing their model at Heritage Gardens on Linder Rd. Months ago, they claim the house at Heritage Gardens was not a model home, but now they claim it was a model. Lack of disclosures and information! Our understanding that this house was a model of a Birkdale plan and other Birkdale plans would resemble the model and amenities. We were shown the amenities of the home by Carl Baker sales manager. It was the floor plan we liked and that same plan was available in another subdivision. The new home in Spurwing Heights was in the drywall stage and was going to be a Parade Home. We understood that selections had been made for the home and we did not have any choices in flooring, paint colors, cabinets, and counter tops. We were informed all other features in the model would be built in our new home. The construction dept. displayed the features of the home on the windows in the new home. Common practice of a builder to inform subcontractors. When we visited the completed home the morning of the Parade, we discovered numerous deviations from the model and our new home. We expressed our concern and was given the opportunity to cancel the purchase and our Ernest money would be returned. This is a common practice of some builders to avoid an unhappy buyer and keep a five-star rating. This was not an option. One feature was the oven. My wife raved to Carl and their sales representative how nice it was to have an oven door open from the side. After closing, Carl informed us the oven in the model was a mistake. Bosh had shipped them the wrong model. They should have disclosed that the oven was an option. Even after I asked them to change the oven and we would have paid the difference we were told NO! A word they are good at saying. Lack of effort when it comes to customer satisfaction! The model had carpet in the family room, something we wanted. The drawings posted at the house clearly showed cut-off lines for CPT/HDWD flooring. To show their lack of knowledge of architure they claim it was just a different way to finish the family room floor. I have 45 + years' experience in architure drawing plans for homes. The entry door in the model was a single lite, meaning it had one glass pane. The Birkdale plan has a long entry hall. That added light from the single pane was a nice amenity. Our house of course has no glass in the front door, making the entry hall dark. All of the dozen or so Tresidio homes built in our community have windows in the entry door. The fireplace in the family room had a hearth in the model. Another nice feature when it's cold winter day and you want to sit Infront of the fireplace and get warm. Of course, we did not get the hearth. Tresidio changed the shower in the master bath. The model had no curb, but ours did. No curb was a nice feature considering our age and the medical problems my wife and I have. Once again lack of disclosure. We had scheduled a mover and everything was in motion for the move. Canceling the sale would have cost thousands of dollars because of the time frame to purchase another home and reschedule the move. Tresidio Homes did not want to communicate with us. We were ignored when we asked questions. It has cost me thousands of dollars to install and supply new products to make the house the way we thought we were purchasing. Upon closing I rushed to Idaho to do an orientation prior to moving in. I knew the importance of a walk-thru prior to occupying the house. I was informed I was not getting an orientation, this procedure had to be done before closing with my realtor. Not sure I would trust a realtor to perform an orientation. This was impossible with us living in another state. Once again to avoid a potential problem with the buyer. My agent had made three phone calls to try and schedule an orientation even though they denied that an effort was made to schedule an appointment. Each time Tresidio was not available. I have done business with my agent for over 20 years and they are one of the most honest people I have ever met. It is my felling, that Tresidio Homes wants as little interference from a buyer as possible. After closing I had many questions as to the products installed on our new home and the application of said products. I had to find the answers to my questions myself, they never responded. I never received a 60-day inspection as promised when we made the purchase. They are full of promises with no follow-up. I was informed that the owners of the company were very intelligent, college graduates. College does not educate you on how to build a home. It takes OJT for many years to learn the fine aspects to build a great house. Many things I see shows their lack of knowledge in building a home. If possible, I would give no star rating for our new home. read more
