We were so amazed and we had researched all the reviews and pictures and we chose Affordable Patio Covering. We got approved for a permit. John and his son came out and started phase 1 on our 30ft by 9 ft patio covering. The next day the inspector came out and we were approved. The previous owners of our home we think, were going to put in a patio, and never did. They did however leave steel brackets in our concrete that have always been a tripping Hazzard. John removed them for us. John and his son came out and installed our patio covering in 1 day!!! YES 1 day. Out family and neighbors have been in shock with the price we paid compared to what they paid, to their much smaller patio coverings.
