Very transparent with costs and time estimates, as well as the scope of what our repairs entailed. We had several other companies come out and look at the project and they were not nearly as straightforward and matter of fact. I really appreciated the integrity shown by the entire team, but especially Paul, who did 99% of the work needed with our shower repair. Overall I highly recommend the entire team. The molding is particle board, so it doesn't hold the paint. The molding fell off the base and split off the island on Thanksgiving day. We had friends and family there and they can't believe the poor quality!! It was so embarrassing. The shelves they built have fallen multiple times and broken a bunch of my things. I contacted Erick and he did not care and blamed my jewelry that was chipping the paint. I wear one ring on one of my fingers. I sent him pictures of the particle board that broke, chipped paint, fallen shelves, and he had no response. Wow! We spent probably about $80,000 on our particle board kitchen. I am sooo disappointed. I'm the most disappointed that he won't fix the issues. BEWARE!!
