The transformation is unreal. Our backyard genuinely feels like a resort now. This was a big project: Dillon's team built a concrete vault for the spa, wrapped it with a custom deck, installed a huge paver patio that spans the entire yard, and added a water feature and an outdoor kitchen. It was a lot of moving parts, and Dillon handled it with a calm, laid‑back style that makes the whole process so much easier on the homeowner. The job took about three months, and a lot of the delays were on our end -- scheduling snags, indecision, changing our minds (we even switched pavers after they started installing them). Through all of it, Dillon was patient, attentive, and always available. He never made us feel like we were bothering him or slowing things down. He listens, he explains, and he genuinely cares about getting it right. He was also extremely transparent about costs. Any time I asked "What if we add this?" or "What if we remove that?" he'd walk me through the numbers and re‑quote without hesitation.
