Great experience, great communication! The job was done very well and in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with the results.

These guys are amateurs and it shows. They lied and said they've been in business for years. They have very little experience. Alex did not meet contractual obligations. I'm in the process of suing him. I gave him several chances to fix his mistakes. He tore up my grass. The concrete slopes towards the house. The stamp is really bad and overlapping in several areas. Color is different from one side to the other. He lied and said it was still curing. They didn't put the forms all the way to the ground so there was a two inch gap which would eventually leave me with a floating slab. They tore down my fence and took them a week to put it back up. Not fun with a dog and three kids under 7. Slab is cracking in some spots. He told me he would come fix and FIVE TIMES never showed up. He refuses to come back and finish saying I disrespected him. I'm the one that was disrespected. read more

Update: after two tries, they still got it wrong. The builders showed up to put up my building and showed me where the concrete is 1/2" short in most spots and 3/4" in one spot. The build crew has to hang the building over all the way around to compensate. They also pointed out where I will need to bolster the job they did where it is already crumbling around the bottom edges, near the dirt. I guess in addition to borrowing the tools to do the job, they should have borrowed a clue. Alex and his crew did their best, they just need some more experience. They had to borrow my cordless drill, which got pretty banged up. They needed wood screws, which I gave them a box thinking they would use what they needed and return the rest...nope. They wanted to borrow a saw to cut forms, which I didn't lend them. Original: When it came to the actual job, there were some issues. They poured my slab wrong, but came out and demolished part of two sides so they could get the dimensions right with a re-pour. There was confusion about what I meant when I said 30' by 30' with a 1.5" brick ledge. He thought the 1.5" was inside the 30'x30' and I expected him to know it was outside. (The breakthrough moment was when I told him a restaurant doesn't put fries inside his burger when he orders a burger with fries) He got right on it and did what he could to remedy the situation, though. As part of the process of getting it corrected I reached out to the cement company and asked them if he needed to re-pour the entire slab or if he could cut it and pour the correction - something Alex asked me not to do (I had already done so by the time he asked) because he was worried about how it would affect his business and reputation. They were the quickest to respond. I would say you get what you pay for, but I'm not left feeling like I received value for my money. read more

Alex and his crews replaced a section of our driveway. They were able to get the job on the calendar quickly, which was important with winter approaching. One crew did demo on first day, and another did prep and pour the next day. Both crews worked hard, and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. Arrive on Wednesday 10/26 at 8 am to pour a concrete slab of 8.5 ft x 6.5 ft slab with an 18 inch clearance from our house, for the shed install on Friday 10/28. Alexis kept miss measuring the forms several times and then left the site and have not seen him since, and his two guys were told to place a 2nd 2x4 form under the first row. That concrete would not flow out and cure under it. They only did 1 side. due to my ground not being 100 percent level. Alexis told me he will come back o that same day to remove the forms, but leave the blanket and check the job out, but never returned, then he said that he will come back on Friday morning to remove the forms and get his concrete blanket before my shed installers arrive, he said he couldn't arrive until that afternoon, and never even did that. I was forced to remove them myself. He texted late on Friday night at 8:52 pm to only ask when he could pick up his tools he left and for payment. I then I asked him when he can stop by to fix those edges that cured horribly outside the slab and I sent him a picture and asked him to bring some plastic to cover my AC unit, etc when he cut it to minimize any dust or damage, he refused as he said I was being Rude. He then suggested that he simply cover up the approx 5 inches height with my rock, I said no to please cut the concrete. He even texted saying, I'd rather do that than smell all the dust is super bad for you. Then he texted me, that he would have the concrete plant put lean on the propertyI I also to this day do not have any paperwork for this project after 7 requests I also see on other 1 Star reviews, he is complaining about the homeowner being rude, it seems we all appear to be rude to just him, its no biggie if he does a poor job, doesnt show up, and we complain, he just comes back with, we are being rude to him . Maybe he is just a bit too sensitive for any constructive criticism and the need for a proper job to be done? Please look up the other Yelp reviews and see the pictures people posted and their 1 Star reviews of almost the exact same issues I'm having. Please do NOT use this company. He has only had his license since 6/15/21, he claims much more experience than he has and it clearly shows, and others had said this too. He wants to head off to other jobs and not finish up correctly the job he has going. 1 last note, he didn't even pour the slab at the 8.5' x 6.5' request. It's off, and the clearance of 18" was not achieved either. Made it very difficult for shed installers to install. read more
