When the owner (I think) and another sales manager showed up, he stated that there is no way Abbey quoted me that price. I then called Abbey back to explain the situation and she denied quoting me that price on two separate occasions. Talk about FRUSTRATING!! Why on earth would I lie about it, and waste all our time waiting over a week for an estimator to come over?? I am a small business owner and am very good with my communication, numbers and facts. I now have to explain to the neighbors that I was quoted an unrealistic price and will be going with another fence company, even if I have to pay slightly more.
