He was personable, professional, and a local business owner like ourselves. To replace we received three estimates. Dave came out from Superior Fence and Rail and he was far and above the most knowledgable and made us feel very comfortable with not only the product but the install process, service and overall plan. As a side note, their bid was not the highest. I can't say enough about the team: Dave, James, Connor, Rafael, Jarrett and the office team. They were professional, responsible and efficient. The communication throughout the process was excellent and they are just a great down to earth team. The end result is a quality fence that enhances our property. When the owner (I think) and another sales manager showed up, he stated that there is no way Abbey quoted me that price. I then called Abbey back to explain the situation and she denied quoting me that price on two separate occasions. Talk about FRUSTRATING!! Why on earth would I lie about it, and waste all our time waiting over a week for an estimator to come over?? I am a small business owner and am very good with my communication, numbers and facts. I now have to explain to the neighbors that I was quoted an unrealistic price and will be going with another fence company, even if I have to pay slightly more. This company made me, the customer, look like I'm a liar, when I am not. Not cool Superior Fence.
