Because I was leaving town the next day, I needed the issue resolved urgently. I received a text message introducing my technician when he was on his way. Preston A. showed up with a big smile and laid out a mat on my front porch. He explained what to expect and got right to work. While he was working, I asked him a dozen questions, and with a ton of personality, he took the time to answer each one. If an explanation was needed, he provided it. After replacing the air filter and closing everything up, he offered a coupon for a free tune-up in the fall! I'm sure this isn't always the case, but what great customer service! There were no big upsells, and the price was as advertised. It's nice to get what you expect these days because every company seems to be trying to upsell everything and get you to buy things you don't need. The install date arrived and Anthony and Allen plus the entire install team were super professional and knowledgeable. These guys know what they are doing and have been doing installs in the valley for a long time. With Elevated, you're not getting some random crew that is being assembled, you're getting Avenger level installers. The front doors are gorgeous beyond words. I added two pictures of what the front doors looked like before as a comparison and the patio doors with the blinds are STUNNING! I love my new fence and have another project coming up. TEN, TEN, TEN!!! They called the dig line and located where all the utilities are located. I was concerned because 3 utilities run in the area of the fence. Jay came to my home before the project and knew what ran where. I called Patrick at Shamrock, came he came out the next day to review what needed to be done for a new field. Patrick showed up when he said he would, gave me a reasonable estimate of what the work would cost and a time line of what needed to be done. I secured the permit, and Patrick scheduled a time for the inspector to be on site. Another positive outcome. Patrick was on time again! We dug the test hole, Patrick said he would email me a bid and did so that day. I gave him the go ahead on the project. This was later in the week, so we scheduled for Monday morning. Patrick had the equipment on site Friday afternoon, so everything would be ready for Monday. The time to completion was 3 days. Monday morning, Patrick and his crew arrived on time at 7 am and began work. The crew surveyed the project, came up with a plan, then began. They were very helpful in helping me remove some fencing to allow access for dump trucks to remove dirt from the excavation, and for replacing the dirt with the required fill. Wednesday, everything was finished. On time! The crew was very conscientious about minimizing the impact on the yard, and about leaving the yard as close as possible to how they found it. I can't say enough good things about Patrick and his crew. Timely, conscientious, helpful, and excellent work. I hope this helps anyone looking for excavation work make a decision. I doubt you could find a better company.
