We purchased a home with a new roof third year it started to leak. We contacted our insurance company they said to get to estimates. This company was one of them. Rick came out and inspected the roof. He told us yes the roof is new but it was done incorrectly. So we scheduled the adjuster to come look. Rick kindly took time off to come and explain help us to talk with the adjuster. Result -Installation problem and some of the shingles did not adhere. Well some companies will cover the faulty shingles. Since it was mechanical or the installers fault the insurance would not cover it. But it was possible that the shingle company would cover the shingles that did not adhere. Rick has a friend who can identify all shingles he again came out and identified the shingles. The company would not warranty them. So my husband re-shingled the damaged areas himself to save money. He did it according to Rick's professional instruction. This company went way above friendly customer service if you ask me. For the rest of our lives this is who we will recommend.

They cleaned the yard so much so you would have known they were ever here, except for a very nice looking roof. When we discussed certain options and pricing he mentioned he can start right away. Which was important to me. When he was prepping the areas, not only was his prep horrible he damage our front yard and back yard, Nothing was leveled and the finish was poor. I am currently dealing with the concrete lifting and I have no trees next to my house or on the side. I have multiple contractors mentioning to me Erick screwed me over and everything about turn concrete is wrong from low grade quality. No proper relief cuts has sections of concrete 10 feet without cuts. I tried to communicate with Erick about my concerns and he did not even bother to come look at the issues rather then make excuses and tell me my existing patio is sinking. Once he was paid it was all my problem. All other contractors confirmed everything he poured was the reason for my problems, Lifting concrete, has cause other damaged in the surround areas not to mentioned not leveled and holding water, unfortunately you can't tell until it rains. He has costed me double in damages and more in order for me to get it done right. I genuinely do not want anyone to deal with this and get scammed.

Dave built an incredible pergola and fence in my driveway. The project was tricky because the…read moredriveway isn't square, but a little wedge shaped. Aside from other good reviews and pergola jobs on Next-door, I picked him because his proposal included detailed plan and profile drafting markups of how he envisioned the pergola. He gave me three options considering different wood choices (cedar, douglas fir, etc.). He showed up when he said he would and worked continuously through the project. He continually communicated with me on schedule and project decisions. To call his attention to detail impeccable hardly seems to do it justice. Every surface was beautifully sanded and stained. He used black steel hardware everywhere he could. Where a few of the bolts couldn't be purchased in black, he painted them black so that everything would match. I didn't even know they made black silicone, which he used to seal any seems where wood butted against other wood. He custom crafted the corner supports. Instead of bolting beams onto the driveway, he cut the concrete, dug a deep hole, and poured concrete around a massive steel footing for each post. He custom built the gate around the style of fence I'd asked for so that it blends in perfectly. He carefully preserved the grapes and wisteria that were growing on the old fence so that when he was finished I was able to move it all onto the new structure. While building, Dave covered the wood with a tarp even when there was no chance of rain, which saved me a lot of money when my sprinklers threw a fit and doused the driveway he was working on in the middle of the night. His labor cost was extremely reasonable, and he's a fantastic person.
