Almost impossible. Steve and Brady were always here when they said they would be and always communicated with me throughout my whole project. They built an outdoor kitchen for me go check it out on their FB page. It came out amazing and he didn't price gouge me based on my zip code like just about every contractor that has come to my house has done. Geat guys that do great work I would highly recommend them for any project.

Brady and Steve were able to handle everything we needed with precision and quality. They were professional in every aspect of the job, from communication, to pricing, to daily routine. They had the skills to handle the full job, including installing cabinetry, appliances, tile, plumbing, electrical and hardware. They did a stunning masonry job on our fireplace, complete with a custom mantle. They built a faux beam to match the mantle and installed all new lighting and fans to finish the room. There was no shortage of delays caused by the cabinet distributor, but Brady and Steve were smart and flexible, allowing them to keep the job moving along. We can't thank them enough for taking on this project and finally giving our family a beautiful space to call home.

Very polite and professional. Call Handyman Connection for a handyman, but be sure to establish the up-front cost first. BUT if you need an electrician, do not use Handyman. The certified electrician who came to our home to install two dimmer switches, left a mess on the floor under each switch and never bothered to clean it up. The electrician was here for about 20 minutes. The charge was $305.00. As far as I am concerned, that was outrageous.

From the start, I had explained that I had plans to list my house by 12/3, to which I was assured it would be completed on time. From the beginning there was a delay with the employee being out, so the project was pushed out a couple days, which I was more than understanding. There was another issue, which I got conflicting stories from the employee and the front desk. One explanation was that the employee's truck was stolen and in the shop so the work would be completed the first week of December. The other explanation given was just timing. Regardless, no one showed up until I called on 12/4. I explained that 12/9 was the scheduled photos for the house listing, which was pushed out to accommodate Handyman and the delay. Come 12/6, I show up at the house and there is still trash, tape, tools, and a haphazard paint job on the outside of the home. On 12/9 I called and spoke with them about the concerns. There was immediate response on their end and I was assured it would be completed. It is now 12/16 and the contractor still has tools and trash in the home. My issue is the lack of communication and respect for myself, my home, and my time. For a company that "prides" themselves in customer services and their work, this is not the way to show it. I paid for a service that was to be done well and on a timeline. Unfortunately I did not receive that. I also had to push out photos and listing my home due to this situation. Handyman Connections took an already difficult and hard situation and made it more stressful. I do not recommend this company and urge anyone looking to steer clear.
