He had promised to have it completed by July 3rd because we had guests coming over for the Fourth of July, but he didn't get it completed until the end of the following week, so we had to cancel our plans. We have Inadequate sprinkler coverage which has lead to dead grass, poor grading, he only planted 1 correct tree out of the 3 species I provided him a list for. He damaged a fence post which he replaced after getting the color wrong the first time, and then stated he cemented it in which it isn't. I called the manufacturer, who led me to call about 7 local business who were not willing to help or really care about me. The company I bought it from actually asked us to mail it to New York!! I called Dan's Pump and Filter and within two hours of my call, the tank was replaced under warranty and I paid about $75 labor. Then the union that connected the pipe to the tank started to leak, even though this was not something Dan's pump replaced, once again within an hour the repair was made and the union was replaced. FREE of charge. This kind of service is unheard of and GREATLY appreciated. I trust this company and I am thankful that they made my stressful situation turn into a complete breeze!
