I had an incredibly frustrating experience with ServPro. From the start, their mitigation team was…read moredishonest and careless, damaging my flooring and lying about mistakes instead of taking responsibility. The restoration process was even worse--full of delays, poor craftsmanship, and miscommunication. They applied a ceiling texture without my approval, forcing months of back-and-forth just to get it corrected. Scheduling was a mess, forcing me to constantly rearrange my life. They ignored issues I pointed out, including dents they put in my fridge. A subcontractor they hired initially told my husband to finish parts of the work himself, though ServPro eventually had them complete the job. At one point, a child was even brought to the job site to do touch-up painting. ServPro later admitted some of these things, notably the subcontractor telling us to complete some of the work and enforcing his own design choices on us without approval, were unacceptable, but that didn't change the fact that they happened. After 9 months, I signed off on the work just to be done with them because they would never fully complete the job. They would claim they were done, only to leave multiple things unfinished, forcing me to fight for every single correction. Each time, they would come back and only do a couple of things, dragging the process out over and over again. I had lost all faith in their ability to do quality work or maintain professionalism. I would not recommend ServPro to anyone.
