We chose Wilderness Falls to build our custom home after interviewing others. He just stood out. Nate was very forthcoming with all the information regarding what to expect in building a home. He was very organized and the communication was great through the entire process. We chose to use a private lender during the construction phase. This lender marveled at the fact that he was funding 9 other projects like ours and all others were "months out". The lender was also so impressed with each sub that worked on our project and the fact that it was so organized. We broke ground September 1, 2017 and had the final inspection and Certificate of Occupancy December 22, 2017. Nate and his crew did an amazing job with re-siding my house. I had some water damage to the old siding and soffit from heavy snow loads. Nate was extremely busy with all the other jobs that resulted from that winter but managed to get my job done in time for insurance. He worked with me to get everything right and made sure nothing was left unfinished. He even helped me demo an old deck, painted my garage door, and gave me a man door on the garage at no charge. Then he hauled away the deck material, a shed that collapsed from the snow too, and some odd items I needed to dispose of, all for free! He was very kind and helped me through the first major house remodel I've done. I felt confident the whole time that he was being honest about everything that he saw. I highly recommend Wilderness Falls. I've worked with numerous GC companies over the years but Wilderness Falls has been the best. I had significant water damage from the previous winter storms. I received a recommendation from my neighbor - Wilderness built 2 Pole Barns at different times for them. The estimate was quite competitive. Work was completed on time. I was so impressed with the Pole Barn, I hired him for additional work - addition of an overhang to the Barn. Wilderness took care of all the paperwork.
