So glad I found this carpet cleaning company. The property management company from whom we rented,…read moreuntil our home was completed, required us to arrange for carpet cleaning. We had to find a company who used a "truck mounted steam system." We called a few other companies and were so underwhelmed with the response. Either they never called back, quoted unreasonable prices, or were booked out forever. When I finally contacted Horizon, it was so refreshing to speak with knowledgeable, friendly, professionals. They explained their process that both cleans and protects the carpets. On the day of our cleaning, the guys arrived right on time, carefully went over every inch of the carpets. and left them smelling so clean. They even left us a bottle of spot cleaner that will not leave behind soap residue. Horizon will be our carpet cleaning company from now on.

When the gentleman came he said I was misquoted that the rooms did not fit the size limitation for $169 and it would be $183 and some change. Then I paid extra for the stain remover and allergen lifter which was $180. more than I originally expected to pay. $352.80 was my total. Cleaned at 11:30 not dry until after 8pm when I last checked on it with the fans blowing and windows open. Overall a very disappointing situation. I definitely do not recommend chemdry. Yes my carpet is older quality and hasn't been cleaned in several years but that's why I went with chemdry instead of a cheaper carpet cleaning company, I was told they could get stains out, and it would dry within a couple of hours and look better than ever. Oh well live and learn.

Beware! Especially for elderly or chronically ill! Four…read moreSeasons Roofing will take the money and run! They were happy to cash the down payment check my parents gave them, but couldn't be bothered to actually return calls or even schedule the roof. It's been months. Nothing has happened at all until yesterday when the dining room ceiling was literally on the floor! Luckily a nice man (employee not owner) came and did his best to stop the water from continuing to come in. Even that hasn't prompted a call from the man in charge. Apparently he thinks or hopes that an elderly man on oxygen and chemo won't live long enough to worry about so just take the money and let it rot and mold which has in fact happened. So now not only do my parents need a new roof, they also have to have someone replace the insulation and ceiling! Like I said, beware! Do not trust them and most certainly don't let them anywhere near your elderly and/or ill family members! If I could give the company a lower rating, I would!
