On his first visit, he took meticulous photos of my property so he could own every detail and protect me from any issues. That spoke volumes about his integrity and the way he runs his business. Then came install day. What should have been a straightforward gutter project turned into something remarkable. While installing my gutters, Beacon went far beyond what I expected--doing dozens of extra touch-up repairs all over my roof, adding years of life to it even though roofing wasn't on the menu. And he documented everything with photo after photo so I could actually see the value he was pouring in. The whole process was seamless: he builds the gutters right out of his truck at your home, sends you a detailed PDF with photos of all the work when it's done, and keeps you updated every step of the way. Even the way he handles payment shows his integrity. Whatever Beacon says, he does. This company doesn't just meet expectations--they set a new standard by under-promising and massively over-delivering. To call my experience five stars feels like underselling it. After the wind, rain and hailstorm we had a week later I figured it was a good time to have our roof inspected. Beacon came the next day and performed a THOROUGH inspection. Lots and lots of pictures. Our roof's in good shape (for now), but he found a few roof fixtures that had cracked mastic seals. He repaired those free of charge. Who else does stuff like that these days? At any rate, whenever the time comes for replacement we'll be calling Beacon.
