All just as you should from real pros. We had gotten 6 bids, because they varied all over the place, and these guys had a good, detailed, reasonable bid (much lower than most). Many other guys wanted HALF down! There was an article in the paper recently by the FTC warning people about scammers and poor business owners, and how you should never pay them up front (unless you give them money as they're delivering all the supplies onto your property.) They did it all in less than 2 days, and did a good job of cleaning everything up afterwards. Highly recommend Damon and his crew! They did exactly what they said they would, right on time, as well.

We had an awful experience with Signature Roofing up in McCall. I was referred by a friend who was…read morehaving her roof done by them (come to find out later they never completed the work on her roof either, she had to hire someone else to do the last 10% that they left incomplete for a year). At 1st they seemed good, coming and giving us a quote right away and worked with insurance to get a full replacement but when it came time to start our project they kept pushing back the date. They also had us sign a contract that said we would not work with anyone else. They pushed us back so many times, and started getting slower and slower to respond to us, even when I would call the main company directly. They said they would look into it and get back to us right away. They eventually stopped answering phone calls, emails and texts. Finally by the third summer we just went with a different company who got us done (working with insurance which was the reason for any delays) within a month of contacting them and they had the roof work complete in 3 days. I would not recommend Signature Roofing to anyone!!!

The guys were able to make it out here quickly, and they were very professional. They were also able to remove an old satellite TV dish from the roof and properly seal the areas where it was mounted to the roof.
