It was about time to replace our gravel roof so we had 4 companies bid for the new shingle roof, and 3 out of 4 didn't want to do shingles since we have a very low pitch roof. However, we got the referral from our neighbors and Nik from Accurate Roofing Solutions came out and presented the solid proposal with double underlayment needed for this roof and 40 yrs guarantee GAF shingles. The estimate was very reasonable included new dormer vents and replace all splash guards. The entire process took only 3 days to complete and it transformed the look of our house, they left the worksite everyday perfectly clean. At the end, we are extremely happy with the great work and the crew of this company. We highly recommend Accurate Roofing Solutions for your new roof. Thank you Nik and Steve! read more

Accurate roofing solutions is great at what they do!!! Excellent quality work, quick turn around, and reasonable pricing. I have nothing to complain about - just overall best experience I could've asked for. Roofing is not cheap, and you want to make sure you get the right people and I would recommend Accurate Roofing Solutions for anyone, thank you Mr. Steve read more

Before I contacted anyone to have my roof done, I needed to do some homework and got up there and assessed the condition of my roof. The shingles were 30 years old, worn out, and on top of one or more layers. The seals around the vents and flashing were cracked from age and weather. There were considerable wood damage from dry rot and termites. This was going to be a big expensive job. I had estimates from four roofers found on Yelp all bonded and licensed. I reviewed the estimates, their contracts, materials offered, wood replacement costs, response to contingencies, and answers to questions I had of the whole process. Steve and Nik of Accurate Roofing Solutions came up on top. Their wood replacement costs were from low to average compared to others. If the wood replacement cost was high, the roofing estimate would balloon quickly. What if it rains? Is there extra cost to tarp the roof during that time? There was no extra charge with Accurate. Other deciding factors in my selection of Accurate is that they were in the South Bay. They had their own construction team and don't use contract labor. They knew how this beach city permit and inspection system works and got me through it with no issues. My entire experience with Accurate Roofing Solutions has been very pleasant right from the very beginning when Steve sent his project manager, Nik to inspect my roof and provide me an estimate. After awarding the job to Accurate Roofing, Nik and I discussed what is needed to prepare the house before his team shows up. I had to provide access, overhanging tree branches removed, provide power, and cover furniture etc. with plastic sheeting or tarp to protect them from falling debris from an open ceiling which we had in the kitchen, dining room, and garage. The project took 4 days. On the first day, 3 layers of old roofing were removed and the damaged wood replaced. The second day, the city inspected and OK'd the roof structure. The third and fourth day they were installing the new plastic sheeting, GAF Timberline shingles, and new vents. The latter were painted to match the shingles. The job was complete and on the 5th day, the city inspector came by gave the final OK. I am happy with how the job turned out. Thanks Steve and Nik! read more

We had an excellent experience with Accurate Roofing Solutions getting our roof redone, and we can't say enough great things about Steve and his exceptional team. From our first meeting, Steve inspired confidence with his years of experience, steady demeanor and professionalism. His crew was friendly, conscientious and efficient. They even finished the job a bit sooner than expected, a nice bonus, and they left the worksite immaculate. Everything went exactly as Steve projected, with no surprises and no hidden costs. Our new roof is a work of detailed craftsmanship that promises to weather the ravages of time, and it looks amazing! In the end, we're completely satisfied with our decision. Steve and crew are the best. Great work and they take great pride in their work. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!!!

Accurate Roofing Solutions was a pleasure to work with. I mostly communicated with Nik, he was very helpful and on top of it. He and the team went above and beyond some of the requests that I had and even made some last minutes changes without any issues to make sure we were up to code. They were also very fast and efficient completing the job in 3 days. I highly recommend Accurate Roofing Solutions if you need your roof redone. read more

Accurate Roofing Solutions (Steve Solberg) recently completed resetting the tile on our roof. We couldn't be happier with the job performed by Steve's tile crew led by foreman Rinaldo. Steve was the only roofing contactor who offered to replace our roof using our existing tile. His crew carefully removed and stacked the tile, replaced the underlayment and reset the tile. We only had to replace less than 25% of the tile resulting in considerable savings when compared to complete tile replacement. The job was started on schedule and completed in 6 days as originally estimated. We highly recommend Steve (Accurate Roofing Solutions) for tile roofing replacement. read more

Accurate roofing solutions just finished replacing our roof, and my parents and I are very happy with the new roof. Being in southbay, we have to deal with a lot of termite infestation, and unfortunately the last time we had to replace a section due to termite damage, it wasn't done right so there was water damage on inside of the house. Since it was time to re-do our roof anyway, we opted to just do a complete overhaul instead of just a section. Steve, the owner, was highly recommended to me by my friend. He also seems to service a lot of the roofing jobs in the southbay actually. I have to say the whole process with initially finding roofers to do the job & getting comparison quotes was the stressful part. After meeting up with Steve, it really was a clear choice. He explained the process very thoroughly and came up with a couple of fixes on our house regarding ventilation. I liked that Steve is licensed and deals with permits directly. His contracts are very clear and there was no surprises with pricing at the end. Throughout the process (which was 3 days as promised), he was great at communication and giving me updates. and was on site everyday. His foreman and crew were also great, showed up early and worked efficiently. The job site was left clean at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Steve and Accurate Roofing Solutions to anyone who needs to replace their roof. His price is very competitive and the service is top notch. read more

If you live in the south bay beach cities and you need a new roof, end your search with Accurate Roofing Solutions! When rain hit hard at the end of 2022 and into the new year, it became very clear we needed to replace our +40 year old roof. The faceboards were a water rotten mess, the attic was leaking all over, and water was dripping down the fireplace. We could no longer put it off. I went on to Yelp to send out an APB to all the roofers who would respond. Steve at Accurate responded almost immediately and scheduled a visit. I met with 8 different roofing company reps from all over the LA County area and as far as Ventura. Unbeknownst to me, that my initial visit with Steve ended up being an incredibly valuable lesson on what to look out for when it comes to roofing scammers, thanks to his knowledge. I didn't know much about roofing, that's for sure. Steve set me straight and gave me homework. After determining that almost every representative I met with had: unclear intentions, lack of representation, missing licenses, uninsured laborers, too good to be true promises, and astronomically high prices, I knew right then that Steve and Accurate were the correct choice. Steve is honest, dependable, trustworthy, and right to the point. During his initial visit he showed not only his roofing license, but also his business owners license and proof of insurance of his team. His knowledge on roofing in regards to the beach cities was blatantly apparent (why hire someone from the dry valley to work on your costal house??). Accurate Roofing Solutions is a tight and on-point operation with friendly workers who care about the work they do. Not once did I feel like they had any disregard for my belongings and I even spotted one of the workers trying to clean some of the debris off some items I had taken out of the garage. It was obvious their team was respectful. Any concerns or questions was just a text or phone call away and Steve would get right back to me. Midway through the job, I realized there were some additional parts of the roof I wanted replaced. This was no problem for his team and it didn't break the bank. Speaking of which, there was zero sticker shock at the end of the job. The final price was not too far off the estimate and landed right where I expected it. On the final day, my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the work. In fact, it has drawn quite a lot of attention in our neighborhood of equally old houses. As the team was packing up, they sent up a drone to take a few quick aerial shots to share. My family would like to thank Steve Solberg and his exceptionally skilled team for all their hard work! read more

Accurate Roofing Solutions just finished replacing our roof and we are very happy with the results. We met with five local roofing contractors and Accurate was the outfit we felt the most comfortable working with. The experience was a good one. It only took two and a half days start to finish as the crew was hard working and efficient, the results were professional. We have no problem recommending Accurate as we feel the service and quality we received is standard business practice for them. read more

Steve and Nick from Accurate Roofing Solutions came to check out our house and give their estimate. They were one of five companies I had come over to quote, and all of them had been recommended to me from different friends. Of the five, they took the most time and care to check out all aspects of the roof, as well as access for debris removal and delivery of the new shingles, and they came up with the most detailed and comprehensive options. I really liked the quiet confidence they had about their ability to do the job, and do it well. They did not disappoint when doing the work - their supervisor Jesus and their crew were always on time, hard-working, and very good at everything they did. It was a very smooth overall process, and we are very pleased with the outcome. The value was very good, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs a new roof. read more

A friend had Steve and his team do a reroof on her home. She was very pleased. He was recommended to her by a neighbor who also was quite happy with her new roof. So when Steve showed up to give me an estimate I already had high recommendations from others. We have a detached garage and for about 30 years of the 33 years we have lived in the house, a huge pine tree in our neighbors yard protected the garage from sun. When I asked Steve what he thought about the garage roof, he said it looked like it was in good shape and didn't need to be done. That was my conclusion as well. He could have said I needed to do it also, but Steve is an honest guy and he is not going to waste your money needlessly. I didn't even bother with another bidder. I felt comfortable with Steve right away. His crew showed up on time and got us reroofed in two days and they cleaned up at the end of both days. I felt they did a really good job, so much so, that I requested even more fascia replaced, not because it was bad, but because there work, and the material they used was so good. Steve was there at the beginning and the end, as well as a few times in-between. They did excellent work at a fair price. I think you will be very pleased as I was. read more

Accurate Roofing Solutions - Our new 40 year roof. Thanks Steve! - Roofing Near Me

The roof of our single family house was getting really old, so we decided to have it replaced. We received offers from three reputable roofing companies in the Torrance area, all of them licensed. Accurate Roofing Solutions was in the middle price-wise but we were impressed by Steve's (owner) presentation and the concise and easy-to-understand offer. Steve quickly pointed out some issues with the A/C and some ducts and offered solutions. The job took 3 days (about 2000 sqf. of roof), we were always kept in the loop and Steve's coordination with the HVAC company was key to a job well done. They also have a good rapport with Torrance Permitting, which contributed to a quick process. The new roof looks beautiful. They also left the site in pristine condition. Accurate Roofing solutions just redid the roof on my house. I had met with a total of four roofers and accurate was the best price. From the time of the estimate to doing the roof there were significant delays because of my solar company. The owner, Steve, was very understanding and patient and once I was ready to move forward, we were able to schedule the job quickly. The crew was on time and professional. The job site was cleaned up every afternoon for the four days that it took to complete the job. I would highly recommend Accurate Roofing solutions. read more

i highly recommend accurate roofing solutions! after meeting with 5 other roofing companies, steve provided the best price for the quality of service offered. he was super responsive via text, email and phone whenever i had questions, and helped in the permitting process, as well as contacting a neighboring building for easier access to the back of the house. it was great that we were able to schedule within a couple of weeks of my initial call, and they finished the work in 3 days. Accurate Roofing solutions came highly recommended by a friend, and i am happy to highly recommend the company here. also if you check the license online, you can see the company has never had any citations, and they are fully licensed and insured. the inspector who came by afterward said the roof was perfect. i appreciated the drone footage provided afterward so i can send to my insurance company that needed proof of re-roofing. thanks steve, and your whole accurate roofing solutions team!! read more

Had a roof replacement done a week ago by Accurate Roofing Solutions, and we are happy with the new roof. Steve sent me a detailed quote along with expiations about any extra costs could be depending on how much rotted wood underneath our existing tile. During the three days roofing replacing, Steve sent me lots of pictures about the wood replacement area and kept me updated about the progress of the job. After the roof replacement completed, his team helped my tenants cleaned the debris in the garage. My tenants said Steve's crew showed up on time, and they are professional and courteous. Thanks, Accurate Roofing Solutions. read more

Ever had a great experience with a roofer? Well you can now! I interviewed four roofers for our much needed condo roof. You can really tell a lot about a guy by the size of his tape measure. I met with Steve and he got right to work measuring and explaining the procedure for our style of roofing. Technology has changed since the last roof was put on some 50 years ago. Steve was the only contractor that included the stairwell and elevator roofs. I later had to ask the other bidders to add that in. He also pointed out what we might expect once the old roof was ripped up. His bid was very detailed. Explaining what any extra costs could be depending on how much rotted wood. His time frame was also the best. Other roofers were saying "next year". He went over all the details of what to expect. What inconveniences the tenants should expect. He was able to get the debris off the roof quicker to help with the garage parking access. He texted me daily updates and sent pictures of the rot that was found. His crew was professional and courteous to the tenants. No kidding, save yourself some time and just call Accurate Roofing Solutions. read more

Do yourself a favor and hire the best roofers and team with Accurate Roofing Solutions. I am a property manager at a 99 unit 3 bldg property in San Pedro and from start to finish Steve and his crew were on time and professional. Steve and his group did a fantastic job on our roof. They were the middle quote of the three we had but it was worth it. They cleaned up so well after that it was cleaner then before they started! read more

I had my roof done by them. I had three quotes and theirs was the lowest of all three. Even factoring in the cost of additional lumber after discovering issues with the existing plywood and fascia that had not been revealed until after the shingles had been stripped, they came out the lowest price. Also, they advised me on things that had to be done to pass inspection (missing vents, etc). Everything is done to code, no shortcuts taken, and this resulted in far less headache (passed inspection the first time). They are typically booked out a couple months in advance so that is the only thing I would keep in mind. When they work on your roof, though, it is 100% the centre of attention, and they don't pull people off until that part of the job is done. TL;DR version - roof good, company good, no hassles. I highly recommend them for any roofing project you may have. read more

Steve Solberg, the owner of Accurate Roofing Solutions, replaced our roof and was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the beginning he gave us a very fair price. In fact, it was $6,000 less expensive than a company who had done work for us and other family members in the past. Without a doubt, the high quality reviews, and more than fair estimate was enough to sell us on Accurate Roofing Solutions. Personally, Steve was great to work with. He visited our home, brought samples, and set a start date. He communicated with us concerning our time line (we had to be specific because we had some scheduling issues). He accommodated everything we could ask for. His crew showed up on time. They worked for almost 13 hours. They were quick and efficient. The work they did was amazing. Our neighbors even commented on their work ethic. Steve stopped by to check on us and them. I think more for us since it was a loud process. We all laughed, and he took off. It was pretty obvious that his crew is a group of very hard working people who take pride in their work whether or not the boss is around. When they left we noticed that the work was attractive to look at....I know, but it is a good looking roof. AND our yard and home are free of any debris. It was a painless process. They finished the job on our home in a day and a half. We are telling everyone we know who is even considering a roof to call him. Don't call anyone else....don't get other bids....save yourself the time. Call Accurate Roofing. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Steve and crew! read more

Steve and Accurate Roofing Solutions replaced our roof in early December 2023 and we are very happy with the quality, speed and price of the work that they did. Our new roof looks great! He was both personable and knowledgeable and he pointed out potential issues that other roofers missed. After we decided to go ahead, Steve continued to be very responsive and was able to answer all my questions. The replacement went very smoothly.
