The work is guaranteed for a year: The rain came soon after the repair and there was a tell-tale leak coming from gutters. First, I'll start by saying that I did not use Eric for the work (since I ended up deciding not to add gutters, by anyone). However, not only did Eric perform some good due diligence before the planned appointment but he also stopped by on the weekend to get a closer look at the job and explain the risks/considerations. He also took the time to prepare a written estimate. And he would not let me try to compensate him for the ~20 min drive each way and gas and time spent. So even though we decided the next day that the risks/considerations made less sense to move forward period, I think my experience with Eric speaks to the character and integrity of this business and he is someone that I would come to again for a future need. read more

Excellent Experience. Answered my call within minutes, off to a great start. My roof was a little pricey but then again I had (3) roofs to strip off and a lot of defective eave boards. Luis and his crew were very polite and professional and made it look easy, They replaced all the flashing and Installed(4) low profile attic vents which will dramatically lower attic temperatures. He even installed a new vent over the bathroom for a future bathroom fan, He thinks ahead. When it came to my enclosed metal patio roof where I had experienced a leak they installed some rolled roofing material securing it under the shingles and bonding it to the metal roof, Who does this? Luis does this. I bought primer and two colors of paint to paint the new eave boards which they also did. I live out of town and Luis Did everything to accommodate my time schedule even installing some gutters I requested at the last minute. Eric replaced our roof a year and a half ago. I had a horrible time getting roofers to even call me back, let alone come out to quote the project, given the high demand for roofers after some major rain. Eric was quick to reply, had a very fair quote, and was able to start a month or so later. The job was done efficiently and with care. He was very responsive to any concerns I had during the process. More impressive, a year later, we had a small issue with our skylight. I had heard horror stories of roofers being unwilling to come back for repairs. Not Eric. Price was good and he gave me his honest opinion on whether or not I should patch the roof or redo it. I decided to redo the roof since It hadn't been replaced in 20 years and I'm glad I did. Another BIG THANKYOU to Eric and his team. I had more trouble unrelated to my last problem I have 2 other rooms with a flat roof. I called Eric on Wed. and Thursday and Friday in a day and half he came out and fixed it right away. The best part is we have solar on that section and his solar man noticed that the last time someone moved the panels they didn't put them back the right way and i was losing power from them not being put back the right way. He went above and beyond to help us with a skylight that was needed repair - before the Hurricane, I asked if he could put a tarp over the skylight to prevent leaking as they weren't able to fix it beforehand. They agreed and came by on a Saturday to put up the tarp which saved us a lot of water damage and leaking. In terms of work, they fixed the skylight and repaired our drywall.
