We recently bought a fixer-upper and hired a contractor to replace the roofs on both the house and the garage, as well as install new rain gutters. We got quotes from three different companies, and their price was the most competitive. While other companies only installed fascias with a single coat of primer, this company went the extra mile by applying a primer followed by two coats of paint, which we really liked. They finished the project right before the rain started, which was fantastic. They also handled all the permit applications and managed the inspections seamlessly. Since it's a cool roof, our house is noticeably cooler than before, and they also installed several attic vents. read more

Dearest Person In Need of Roof Repair: After reading the reviews of all the satsified customers, I, too, decided to hire JT Roofing - goodie for me! Coordinator Eric, comes to assess the roof, send quote, promises a work plan, the crew comes, quietly, I must add, and begin the repair. The work is guaranteed for a year: The rain came soon after the repair and there was a tell-tale leak coming from gutters. I called Coordinator Eric, he gave me a promise to come the next day, which he did, and repaired the gutter - no runs, no hits, no errors! It is such a challenge nowadays, hiring people who show up, and do a great job, with competitive pricing, and does quality work - JT Roofing is NOT that company. GIVE JT ROOFING A TRY - Congrats, Coordinator Eric. read more

Great customer service and work. Had adorable pricing for the job and finished the project quickly. Will use again.

I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Eric & his team. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean. They explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the project. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding--our new roof not only looks fantastic but also gives us peace of mind knowing it was done right. I would highly recommend JT Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services! read more

I called Eric to come give me a quote to fix my roof and he responded very quickly and came to my house almost the next day. Price was good and he gave me his honest opinion on whether or not I should patch the roof or redo it. I decided to redo the roof since It hadn't been replaced in 20 years and I'm glad I did. The roof came out really nice I posted some before and after pictures when the work was getting done and completed. Definitely recommend you call Eric first to give you a quote he's reliable and quick. It's almost been a year since the work was done and no leaking has occurred. read more

adding this update from my review in March 2024, had to call Erik out after the heavy rains, he came out SAME DAY to inspect about an hour after I called him! He also went to Home Depot and picked up a part for my roof and came back when getting dark outside and installed part on rooftop for me! Awesome customer service as ALWAYS FROM ERIK! Highly recommend this company 100%! read more

First, I'll start by saying that I did not use Eric for the work (since I ended up deciding not to add gutters, by anyone). However, not only did Eric perform some good due diligence before the planned appointment but he also stopped by on the weekend to get a closer look at the job and explain the risks/considerations. He also took the time to prepare a written estimate. And he would not let me try to compensate him for the ~20 min drive each way and gas and time spent. So even though we decided the next day that the risks/considerations made less sense to move forward period, I think my experience with Eric speaks to the character and integrity of this business and he is someone that I would come to again for a future need. read more

Excellent Experience. Answered my call within minutes, off to a great start. My roof was a little pricey but then again I had (3) roofs to strip off and a lot of defective eave boards. Luis and his crew were very polite and professional and made it look easy, They replaced all the flashing and Installed(4) low profile attic vents which will dramatically lower attic temperatures. He even installed a new vent over the bathroom for a future bathroom fan, He thinks ahead. When it came to my enclosed metal patio roof where I had experienced a leak they installed some rolled roofing material securing it under the shingles and bonding it to the metal roof, Who does this? Luis does this. I bought primer and two colors of paint to paint the new eave boards which they also did. I live out of town and Luis Did everything to accommodate my time schedule even installing some gutters I requested at the last minute. I'm not blowing smoke this Chap is incredible, you won't be disappointed with his work . You'll notice Luis walking on the roof, He's hands on with he whole job read more

Eric replaced our roof a year and a half ago. I had a horrible time getting roofers to even call me back, let alone come out to quote the project, given the high demand for roofers after some major rain. Eric was quick to reply, had a very fair quote, and was able to start a month or so later. The job was done efficiently and with care. He was very responsive to any concerns I had during the process. More impressive, a year later, we had a small issue with our skylight. I had heard horror stories of roofers being unwilling to come back for repairs. Not Eric. He was at our house three hours later to fix it. Would highly recommend JT Roofing (and have had at least one neighbor use them since)! read more

Eric and his team were great to work with from start to finish and quoted the best pricing compared to other roof contractors. They replaced some serious rotted wood under the old shingles with skill and efficiency, and completed the entire roof replacement in just five days. The transformation was incredible--the new roof looks fantastic and really gives my house a fresh appearance that will hopefully last for the rest of my lifetime. I'm satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism they brought to the job. Highly recommend JT Roofing if you're looking for reliable, fast, and top-notch roofing service. read more

Great communication, excellent work and quick turnaround. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I wanted to express my experience with JT Roofing, I shopped around and JT Roofing was in the mid price range, but i felt comfortable choosing them on top of cheaper solutions, as I felt I rather choose the right contractor and not having problems later on when it rains, it's worth the $$, had a friend with bad contractor services who paid almost twice as much as she was quoted with someone else just to fix the bad work another contract performed Bottom line, don't get cheap, choose right and JT is the place to go read more

Another BIG THANKYOU to Eric and his team. I had more trouble unrelated to my last problem I have 2 other rooms with a flat roof. I called Eric on Wed. and Thursday and Friday in a day and half he came out and fixed it right away. The best part is we have solar on that section and his solar man noticed that the last time someone moved the panels they didn't put them back the right way and i was losing power from them not being put back the right way. I wish everyone i ever hired had their work ethic and experience. The rain showed me how much it was crying for a new roof and now I can sleep at night knowing that it's taken care of the RIGHT way. read more

Eric and his team are excellent. He went above and beyond to help us with a skylight that was needed repair - before the Hurricane, I asked if he could put a tarp over the skylight to prevent leaking as they weren't able to fix it beforehand. They agreed and came by on a Saturday to put up the tarp which saved us a lot of water damage and leaking. In terms of work, they fixed the skylight and repaired our drywall. Can't recommend them enough. They're our new go-to for roof & skylight repair. Will absolutely work with them again. read more
