The first time because they didn't put the gutters in the right place. The second time because they didn't install flashing so that water wouldn't get onto my facia board and rotted out. And third, and this is what really got me, they didn't put enough slope in the gutter for water to drain out of it. These three things seem like incredibly basic things. A gutter installation company should understand how to do. But copper clouds seem completely clueless as to how to actually install a gutter.

I called to schedule an urgent follow up visit because I am concerned about the gutters failing. I called first thing on Friday 9/12. No one returned my call. I called again on Monday 9/15. I was told that they had received my voicemail of 9/12 and someone would get back to me. I explained the urgency of my concern. By Friday 9/19 no one had called me back. I called again and was told there was no record of my initial call even though I had been told that Monday my voicemail had been received and all the calls are documented on my call log. I was told again that someone would get back to me that day to schedule a service call. No one called on 9/19. I finally received a call to schedule a service appointment on Monday 9/22, ten days after I requested an urgent appointment. This company clearly does not share my sense of urgency nor is it rushing to honor its warranty, as indicated by the slow walk in getting back to me. I have no confidence in their work or their guarantees. I have arranged for a different company to inspect my gutters even though this should be covered by the warranty. I'd rather incur the additional costs of starting over with a different company than trust them with the work.

Unfortunately, his sales pitch began by ignoring the clearly displayed "No Soliciting" sign posted right next to the door he was knocking on -- and I can only assume he wasn't carrying a solicitor's license either. If this is the company's idea of outreach, perhaps the first training module should cover literacy, basic presentation, and the law -- ideally before sending employees out to interrupt people's lunches.

I WANT A REFUND!! A…read moremonth ago we got the filters installed. During installation they lifted our shingles (which you can clearly see when looking at the house from the street). When we were sold this product we were promised that our shingles would not be touched which was the main reason we went with this company. Thankfully it rained the same day of installation so we were able to see that due to the shingles being lifted it caused the water to puddle on the roof and leak in-between the gutters and the roof onto our porch. It rained the day before and there was no leakage. This is a massive problem because not only will it cause rot, but it will also cause mold that will reach to the rest of our roof and house. We have called numerous times and had two managers come out and they both gaslit us telling us it was the roofs age causing the shingles to lift up which is not the case because we just bought this house 2 months ago and had an EXTENSIVE inspection. The managers also tried to fix their mistake and added silicon under the shingles which obviously didn't work. We also had a roofer and contractor out to look at the roof and both said the leaking is due to leaf filter. We greatly over paid, had a poor job done AND now have to spend more to get our roof fixed and gutters adjusted to be lower (which were raised). I WANT A REFUND because this is ridiculous. I don't trust them to fix it which is why I want a refund. I work in social media marketing and work with high up people in media and I will do what I can to get the word out there that the quality of this product, the price and service is NOT worth it .
