I gave Idaho Roofing Contractors a call to ask if they did roofing inspections before making my final payment to the company that did our roof. They said they would be happy to come out and do an inspection for me. They were extremely communicative and Chris Newton showed up at 2:00 just as scheduled. He walked around the house with me. Explained what looked good and what could have been done differently but was still ok. After a half an hour he said he was going to get out his drone out to see places we couldn't from the ground and snap photos. We then reviewed all the photos and I got a thorough roofing education, much appreciated! I don't know if they normally spend so much time for a free inspection, but regardless, Chris spent an hour with me and the roof and it didn't cost me anything. No sales pitch or request for me to write a review. I wanted to write a review because I wish I had found them instead of the other company I used. I was blown away that they would be so generous when they knew coming in there was likely no immediate financial benefit for them. From everything Chris explained about how detailed they are and how they take photos of every stage of a roofing project, I think anybody would be well off to use this company. We had roofing nails throughout our yard due to them using what appeared to be a leaf blower. With pets and or children that's problematic. Also our gutter downspouts were filled with debris. On another note we were informed that if we refer someone to them that has their roof done by Bravo we would get a $500.oo referral check. I referred our neighbor and 6 months later have not received that referral check, even after contacting them 2 months after neighbors were completed. With that being the case will they live up to their promise on the warranty of their work. Hmm ========================================================== After my initial post, Bravo roofing reached out to offer running a magnetic rake around the perimeter (to get any roofing nails I missed) and inspected my downspouts and addressed (if I missed any). They also honored the referral. So with that I'm changing the rating to a 4 star. I can't in good conscience give them a 5 star, since the cleanup should have been inspected and addressed at that time.

The contractor we hired to remodel the interior of our home, Disaster Relief," heard me speak of replacing the gutters and suggested I phone Nathan at Dynamite Gutters. Being very pleased with the work he had been doing on our home, I took his suggestion and phoned Nathan. Nathan was very courteous and professional. I thought I had taken into consideration all the necessary details, however, knowing his business, he brought to my attention several points to consider. For one, the drainage of the downspouts and where to direct the flow. Over the years, we had noticed the ground being quite wet around the house not really thinking too far past just that; wet ground not addressing the reason or the affects it was having. None of the other companies that gave me bids inquired of such, Only color, style, and type. We now have proper drainage around the home and the foundation that had been somewhat comprised by the continuously saturated ground is now stabilized and safe. It's these types of issues the typical homeowner is not aware of or lacks knowledge of and relies on the knowledge and experience of that if a professional.
