My hazy expectations were well exceeded. First, these gutters are custom. Sure, you can hit Home Depot and put up plastic or metal gutters yourself. But they won't look like these gutters. They mean it when they say custom. A big truck arrives at your house. Within is a machine that bends rolls of metal into gutters and with this tool, they're able to craft gutters that fit your roofline exactly! They are functionally seamless! Plus, I was shocked at how flush they cover the house trim. There are no weird gaps where leaves can cluster. Because the installer Tomlinson sent to my home was too lazy to use a ladder, he hung over the roof line with a cordless drill and screwed in the gutter hangers bolts in the wrong places, missing the rafters. An ugly job that depreciated the value of my home. Tomlinson approved the damage check to me but it was never mailed or dropped off. I have written proof that they promised to pay me. I spoke with Robert who was supposed to get me the check. He said he would contact Scott even though he no longer works there. Scott never called me and his office employee, Rochelle, won't return my phone calls. I will have to sue him and his company in small claims court. Apparently, Tomlinson has a fake business address of 1855 E Lanark St., Suite 100, Meridian, ID 83642. That's what appears in a Google search. I went there to get my check a couple of weeks ago and was told by the current business that Idaho Custom Rain Gutters hasn't been there in six months. I was told that Tomlinson paid them to use the Meridian address for mailing purposes but is running the business out of his home in Nampa.

If this is the company's idea of outreach, perhaps the first training module should cover literacy, basic presentation, and the law -- ideally before sending employees out to interrupt people's lunches.

I WANT A REFUND!! A…read moremonth ago we got the filters installed. During installation they lifted our shingles (which you can clearly see when looking at the house from the street). When we were sold this product we were promised that our shingles would not be touched which was the main reason we went with this company. Thankfully it rained the same day of installation so we were able to see that due to the shingles being lifted it caused the water to puddle on the roof and leak in-between the gutters and the roof onto our porch. It rained the day before and there was no leakage. This is a massive problem because not only will it cause rot, but it will also cause mold that will reach to the rest of our roof and house. We have called numerous times and had two managers come out and they both gaslit us telling us it was the roofs age causing the shingles to lift up which is not the case because we just bought this house 2 months ago and had an EXTENSIVE inspection. The managers also tried to fix their mistake and added silicon under the shingles which obviously didn't work. We also had a roofer and contractor out to look at the roof and both said the leaking is due to leaf filter. We greatly over paid, had a poor job done AND now have to spend more to get our roof fixed and gutters adjusted to be lower (which were raised). I WANT A REFUND because this is ridiculous. I don't trust them to fix it which is why I want a refund. I work in social media marketing and work with high up people in media and I will do what I can to get the word out there that the quality of this product, the price and service is NOT worth it .
