Glad I read the reviews, only one bad but digging there are a lot more. All I did was call to get a quote for putting up a rain gutter around our 12 x 14 gazebo. I called and a man ( thinking owner ) he answered the phone and said " Yeah " I said I'm sorry I got the wrong # . His response was who do want, I said Gutter Done. I was at a loss for who to call. I had rain running down the fascia behind the gutter. I called a roofing company and they never called back so I forgot about it until rain returned. It occurred to me to try a gutter company. I read several good reviews about Gutter Done and gave them a call. They responded right away. Andrew came out and he knew exactly how to modify the gutter set-up so water run-off could be directed right into the gutter and wouldn't get to the fascia. It was simple and very inexpensive. Since he was there and bright as could be I told him the house had ice-dam issues during snowmageddon before we bought the house. I mean, if it happened once... I asked him if he had any ideas to deal with water settling between roof peaks on the north side where the sun never touched it - all a formula for future ice-dams I feared. He points up at the higher roof and said - add a gutter. He suggested the lack of one was letting the precip run right down to where the ice-dam had formed. Made sense that a gutter above would hold it away from wall where the lower roof met it. Such peace of mind for such a low price - everything well under $500. Called several local gutter companies and one told us they could do specialized 6" bronze gutters (due to overhang) on our 12' x 16' Gazebo around the first week of July - never sent anybody out to look and weren't professional enough to set up an appointment. Called them back after waiting over 3 weeks and they still couldn't offer any set appointment. Next, called Gutter Done and sales rep came out next morning to give us a bid. Gutters were installed within a week and turned out beautiful! Very impressed with their work! We had installed the Gazebo the summer prior and the water pooling from the winter/spring weather had made a mess of our patio area and we are so thankful these guys got the job done and done right! I would give them one star. The gutters were fine but they were installed on 5-30-19 and it is now 6-23-19 and they have yet to come back to fix something they messed up. We had to get someone else come and fix what they neglected. A company is only as good as its follow-up and their follow-up is non-existent. I would not use them again. read more

We had a major gutter issue discovered after the snow/rain of Snowpocalyse 2017. This was our first winter in a 50+ year old home, and we experienced major gutter leaking that created a flood near our foundation and a leak into a basement bedroom. I called another company first and was referred to Gutter Done for more timely work. Andrew came out to our home the very next day (a Saturday) to assess the problem and offered a shockingly affordable bid. He was back out at our house 3 days later, with all of the parts he needed (including two new two-story downspouts in the correct color.) The flooding culprit? An ancient rubber ball completely blocking one downspout! Andrew was very friendly, efficient, competent and left our yard clean, taking all debris from the job with him.
