Because the installer Tomlinson sent to my home was too lazy to use a ladder, he hung over the roof line with a cordless drill and screwed in the gutter hangers bolts in the wrong places, missing the rafters. An ugly job that depreciated the value of my home. Tomlinson approved the damage check to me but it was never mailed or dropped off. I have written proof that they promised to pay me. I spoke with Robert who was supposed to get me the check. He said he would contact Scott even though he no longer works there. Scott never called me and his office employee, Rochelle, won't return my phone calls. I will have to sue him and his company in small claims court. Apparently, Tomlinson has a fake business address of 1855 E Lanark St., Suite 100, Meridian, ID 83642. That's what appears in a Google search. I went there to get my check a couple of weeks ago and was told by the current business that Idaho Custom Rain Gutters hasn't been there in six months. I was told that Tomlinson paid them to use the Meridian address for mailing purposes but is running the business out of his home in Nampa.

The contractor we hired to remodel the interior of our home, Disaster Relief," heard me speak of replacing the gutters and suggested I phone Nathan at Dynamite Gutters. Being very pleased with the work he had been doing on our home, I took his suggestion and phoned Nathan. Nathan was very courteous and professional. I thought I had taken into consideration all the necessary details, however, knowing his business, he brought to my attention several points to consider. For one, the drainage of the downspouts and where to direct the flow. Over the years, we had noticed the ground being quite wet around the house not really thinking too far past just that; wet ground not addressing the reason or the affects it was having. None of the other companies that gave me bids inquired of such, Only color, style, and type. We now have proper drainage around the home and the foundation that had been somewhat comprised by the continuously saturated ground is now stabilized and safe. It's these types of issues the typical homeowner is not aware of or lacks knowledge of and relies on the knowledge and experience of that if a professional.
