The service from the salesman to the sales floor people to the actual installation crew... 100%, A+ and Superb! The carpet and pads that they use are all top quality but definitely affordable. They have a very wide selection but if you have something else in mind they will try to get it for you. The installation was super quick and very clean. I had about 1200 sqft of carpet and pad removed and then installed. They absolutely turned what was beginning to be VERY stressful and budget bursting experience into a pleasant and budget friendly experience. They've all been "good" but today we had the pleasure of working with Austin, and he was GREAT. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond what any one else has. It's the little things that have a huge impact. While he was here he didn't just work on what he had to and leave. He took the time to clean our glass, vacuum inside and out, and leave it nicer than he found it. No it's not required or even expected but that's what makes it so special. He's the first person we've dealt with that will leave an impression good enough to recommend Leisure time as a company as long as his name is attached to it. He made a very long drawn out process end in a very good way, and he deserves to be praised for it.
