I stood at the paint area for 10 minutes and apparently I was invisible because the employee never left his stool at the front of the store. I decided to buy the supplies and go elsewhere for my paint. When I checked out, I was asked if I found everything and responded with a no. The employee still firmly on his stool asked what I needed and I advised I was wanting to buy some paint . The response was, "Oh well, that's the way it goes." No offer to help. I now know that this store is unwilling/unable to meet even the most basic hardware needs. Go elsewhere.

Three weeks later, they finally have it "ready" for me. The fixed it half assed. Left two screws out of the drill and in the case. I put them back in myself. Drill had multiple problems, they fixed one, and didn't test it for more apparently. I left with it, thinking it was fixed. Two days later, I took it back again, they said it would be another week, so at their suggesttion, I took the drill with me and was told I would be called when the part arrived. Three weeks goes by, and I called them to see if the part had arrived. The guy, Larry, tells me that for some reason, Milwaukee "didn't get the order". So then he says he re-ordered it. An hour later he calls me back. He says the part is unavailable and he can't fix my drill. That's when I let let Larry know how I felt about his business.
