But Travis took the time to sit down with us and carefully explain everything they offer, including a lifetime warranty. He made me feel confident that, as the owner, he would personally stand behind the product and make sure we'd never have another bad experience like before. His installers Brian, Dacota, and Eli were outstanding: professional, meticulous, and clearly committed to doing things right. The lights worked perfectly from the start and have worked flawlessly ever since. To top it off, Travis came by afterward to walk me through the app, showing me how to set timers, change colors, make patterns and everything I wanted to know. I can't recommend Travis and Silver Bells Lighting enough. They're not the cheapest but clearly are the best.**

It was refreshing to have someone answer the phone and then provide and quotation in a timely manner. Larry had to special order our lights and kept in constant communication with status updates. When the lights arrived, he came out promptly and installed. We also have a very high roof peak that I wanted to skip in order to keep the costs down (this may be the only year that we put lights on this house), but when we had the lights up it just didn't look right. Larry located and extra long latter, additional lights, and then made it happen. We are very happy with Larry and can sense his enthusiasm for doing quality work. Highly recommend him.

Helped us order everything we needed, and it turns out everything was on sale! she was very invested in us finding just what we wanted in the right price point. I would recommend to anyone building or remodeling or just needing a new light or fan.

(He doesn't love hanging lights for the holiday.) After they were installed and we saw how many amazing options they have, we will be showing off these amazing lights all year around. The lights are discrete when powered down, but very visible when turned on. The housing for the lights were matched to the color of my house, which are not standard colors. The staff that came out to install were incredible friendly and talked me through how to use them (very easy). They went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend these amazing lights and this fabulous company. Pricing was very reasonable.

I stumbled upon Alloway last week while in the area recertifying my CPR/First Aid. Horrible me did not get the name of the very courteous lady who offered me some tips on Thursday, but Gabe was a great help for my wife and I last Saturday. After explaining and showing him pictures of our lighting situation at home, he offered a few choices on how to update our lighting to the best options. We did not ending up going through their catalogue options, but rather found pendants and a very unique chandelier hanging right in the showroom that suited our tastes. I can't wait until the order arrives so we can have a new look in our kitchen area. Pricing here will be higher than what you'll typically find in the box stores, but it's worth the extra pennies to have that one on one tailored approach and better quality in a product you are not changing out on a weekly basis.

He experimented with different stains for two weeks and came by our place twice to check options against the original wood in the other room. Before the job he offered a few different options (direction we wanted the wood to run, how did we want it to look near the cabinets, etc.) and then during the job he came up with a few ideas to make the final product even nicer. For example, we have a skylight and he lined the interior of that with the same wood and it looks fabulous and really finishes the room. He also used trim to finish the edges. Matt is a true craftsman who takes pride and great care in his work.
