Three of them responded quickly and provided in-depth project bids. I selected Chavez Roofing and Construction LLC and I'm glad I did. My house is a tall skinny with a steeply pitched roof. This project impacted not only me, but the neighbors on either side of me. Caleb and his crew had to fight with multiple demons of morning frost on the steep roof, and early sunset bringing the day to a close. The project took a bit longer than anticipated, however, each night before they left, they cleaned up the mess that inevitably lands between the houses. Caleb and crew were all polite and respectful of my neighbors and our properties. Caleb is a delight to work with. He communicates well and frequently, knows what he's talking about, and oozes sincerity and pride in his product. Oh, the 4th company? Their bid finally arrived the day Chavez Roofers were packing up for good. Their bid was also considerably higher than any of the other bids I received. Him and his team were punctual, considerate of the mess and noise and did a phenomenal job. Even walked around with magnets to make sure my kids or dogs didn't step on a stray nail. He referred his uncle to me for house painting and he also was spectacular. At the end of the day they are good, kind, detail oriented people who have gained a massive fan. Andrew gave me a extremely detailed estimate and three different shingle samples to choose from. My selections were made and a tear off and installation date was arraigned. On the designated date the Recon Roofing crew showed up on time, 7:30 am, and got right to work. They were efficient and mindful of my property. The work progressed rapidly. I was very impressed. There was no down time except for a lunch break. By 4:00pm the work was wrapping up and clean up commenced. And they left my property cleaner than they found it. They were gone at 4:30 pm. We had roofing nails throughout our yard due to them using what appeared to be a leaf blower. With pets and or children that's problematic. Also our gutter downspouts were filled with debris. On another note we were informed that if we refer someone to them that has their roof done by Bravo we would get a $500.oo referral check. I referred our neighbor and 6 months later have not received that referral check, even after contacting them 2 months after neighbors were completed. With that being the case will they live up to their promise on the warranty of their work. Hmm ========================================================== After my initial post, Bravo roofing reached out to offer running a magnetic rake around the perimeter (to get any roofing nails I missed) and inspected my downspouts and addressed (if I missed any). They also honored the referral. So with that I'm changing the rating to a 4 star. I can't in good conscience give them a 5 star, since the cleanup should have been inspected and addressed at that time.

Then we had to live with a semi demolished unusable bathroom so they could begrudgingly order the right design and had to wait another 7 weeks. Once installed. Flawed part needed to be replaced and missing pieces. They also forgot to turn on the water. It is finally complete but it was a hassle every step of the way and the cost was higher than we expected but willing to pay because of the speed we advertised was important to us.

They were timely, their employees worked extremely hard and fast even it very hot weather. They cleaned up well. The roofs looked great when they were done. In March of 2025 I needed a satellite dish removed from the roof. I called Scott because I didn't want the internet provider removing it. Scott sent one of their guys out (at no cost). He removed the dish, repair the spot with caulk and new shingles instead of just spreading a little caulk in the holes. I highly recommend Osmus Roofing!!
