He is willing and available to address questions and concerns, and was particularly tenacious in getting a chronic pool pump-related problem that I was having, resolved. I really appreciate the fact that Shane pays special attention to the chemical status of the water, taking care not to over-treat my pool. He adds only what chemicals are necessary for optimal water quality and safety--no more and no less. And he uses supplies that are as environmentally friendly, yet effective, as possible. It's not easy, as 25 years of pool ownership in LV have shown me, to find a pool guy who consistently provides great service in every way. Shane is a keeper. I highly recommend him for pool maintenance service!

Was informed he couldn't come back for a week. After sitting for a week, the hot tub had lost most of its water without the pump in place. I had to call again, to find out when he was coming. I informed him there was not enough water in the hot tub to start it, and it would need to be filled. This is what I came home to. Pump was in place but unfastened. I spent an hour after work fastening the pump down, replacing the insulation and finding two screws to replace the ones that were missing in the panel. Absolutely do not recommend.

Oh , I found a…read morefantastic family business that sells pools and spas!!! We went to this store back in November 2019 and looked at hot tubs. The employees are so friendly (even if you say your from Ca)! I found myself very comfortable and relaxed talking to them. Our house was not finished yet so we said we would be back in spring. After about 6 months we decided to head back after our HOA approval and talk to them again. They remembered us after a few mins and stepped right in to help again. So see, since Covid 19 a lot of stores shut down and business is back ordered with so many trying to get caught up. Our choice was a custom build or buy what's left on the floor. I fell in love with the one on the floor and we grabbed it! It's beautiful, everything we wanted. These guys came out did a land assessment and electriciancame out to make sure we are already to go!!
