I was verbally…read morepromised a wage of $19/hour during a conversation with management, which influenced my decision to move forward with signing a lease. I made it clear during that discussion that while $19/hour wasn't a dealbreaker, I needed clarity for financial planning purposes. I was told yes -- that I'd be paid that rate -- and was brought on through a temp agency at $18/hour. Once I was officially hired, however, my hourly wage was reduced to $17.50. I was told this would be temporary and that I'd receive a raise in the near future as I gained more training. That raise didn't come for another 8 months, and when it did, it was just 18 cents. During my time there -- nearly a year -- I was given increasing responsibility and eventually led deliveries. Despite the demands of the role, staffing was consistently inadequate. Most deliveries were handled by teams of just two or three people, which often felt unsafe. One particular delivery involving a Vanguard spa tipped over while we were using the company-provided equipment. I was nearly injured. (There is video footage of this incident from the customer's security camera.) In my opinion, the company places heavy demands on employees without providing the necessary support or accountability. This culture appeared to carry over into the customer experience as well. During my employment, I observed multiple instances where spas sent in for repair sat in the yard untouched for months. In some cases, customers waited weeks -- or longer -- for service. I'm sharing my experience in the hope that it helps someone make a more informed decision -- whether you're considering working there or becoming a customer.

I can no longer recommend them in good faith. We've bought two products from them, a hot tub, and a sauna. We've had the hot tub under repair since October - it's now January. As an example, they were here in November to wrap up the repair, and discovered they were missing a part that was in the shop (8 minutes away). They said they'd have to leave and come back another time to fix it. Three days later, the QC person showed up unannounced to confirm the tub was fixed; it was not. They left, and we heard nothing from them for 6 weeks. They texted yesterday that they would be here today, January 10th. There was nothing in the text asking us to prepare or to drain the tub. When they got here, we told them the tub is not drained. The service tech said it needed to be drained and it would take 4 hours - it takes about 20 minutes. He did not know why he was here and he did not know what he was supposed to do; he left, and we still have a tub that is not repaired. On our sauna, it was delivered with a cosmetically damaged heater. It was damaged during shipping. They said they will order a new one and replace it. Eight months passed, and we heard nothing. We checked with Snake River Pool and Spa, and they found they did not order it. SO, they ordered it. It has been 4 1/2 months and we've heard nothing. I recommend finding great products at a vendor that knows what "customer service" means. Stay away from Snake River Pool & Spa.

They've all been "good" but today we had the pleasure of working with Austin, and he was GREAT. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond what any one else has. It's the little things that have a huge impact. While he was here he didn't just work on what he had to and leave. He took the time to clean our glass, vacuum inside and out, and leave it nicer than he found it. No it's not required or even expected but that's what makes it so special. He's the first person we've dealt with that will leave an impression good enough to recommend Leisure time as a company as long as his name is attached to it. He made a very long drawn out process end in a very good way, and he deserves to be praised for it.

The employees are so friendly (even if you say your from Ca)! I found myself very comfortable and relaxed talking to them. Our house was not finished yet so we said we would be back in spring. After about 6 months we decided to head back after our HOA approval and talk to them again. They remembered us after a few mins and stepped right in to help again. So see, since Covid 19 a lot of stores shut down and business is back ordered with so many trying to get caught up. Our choice was a custom build or buy what's left on the floor. I fell in love with the one on the floor and we grabbed it! It's beautiful, everything we wanted. These guys came out did a land assessment and electriciancame out to make sure we are already to go!! I know therapists usually go off the energy of the client that they're working with, so I think she was probably being polite and the therapist might have considered it being open for more conversation. We didn't use any of the gym or pool facilities, nor the locker room. The gym equipment seemed fine. There were quite a few people in the gym. We didn't see anyone using the pool, but there were people using the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. I would say that clientele leans more male, and the pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room are co-ed, so take that into consideration if you visit.

You can use it, but don't flush it.. - Cardio machines are ok -- getting on the older side but work well usually Some frustrations continue to include: - They lease out the pool to external swim lessons, so there are large swaths of the day where the pool is basically unusable and kids are running around, screaming, parents are everywhere -- it's a mes - It's also the hotel pool and gym, so between that, swim lessons and normal members, it's a dirty pool if we are being honest. I used to swim here, but I've run into so many gross hairs and "things" underwater that I just can't do it anymore. - It feels like ownership has gotten a little excited post pandemic and membership growth has REALLY taken off the last few months. It's really noticeable and at peak times (4pm-7pm) it's almost impossible to get a weight workout in without massive frustrations. There's simply no space. There's one single real squat rack (the other is a smith machine type thing), a couple benches, one normal bench press ... you'll end up nearly bumping into people just trying to pick up dumbbells. - There also seem to be some third party kettle bell trainers running private training in the gym, which further takes up space and seems to always ALSO be at peak times. - During peak times -- FORGET about trying to even get changed in the locker room. It becomes like trying to change in an aircraft lavatory. - I don't know if they plan to cap memberships, but I worry they won't (like all gyms, they just love the money coming in) ... and it's now teetering on not being a usable gym option just because it's so uniquely small in terms of Sq/Ft. It just doesn't handle the extra people well. - For now I continue to go and mostly enjoy it but only because I have schedule flexibility. If I were forced to only go at after work times, it'd be a tough sell honestly. 4/5 for now -- but it's getting too crowded really quickly

Went back to Snake River and they beat the price on a similar spa by 500.00 and they did not require a complete payoff before order, I put 5 grand down.Takes about six weeks to get from MFGR. SRPS offers mucho support for your contractor, Landscaper in prep for your spa and sends a team out to inspect prep to make sure your pad or vault is properly prepared. They suggested a real good Electrician who made it all work. My Brother-in-law had a Swim Spa put in by another company and it was a nightmare, ended up costing him more money and he is not happy with the finished product, told me to stay away from them. Suggest you spend the time shopping around for a good Landscaper, prices are night and day and you don't always get the best job with the highest bid and don't let some of these characters force you into a big down payment for them to set on your money for weeks and months in order to get on their schedule. The first one They would never would show up to scheduled appointment. No call no show. Finally had to go with a different company. The second property they were contracted to maintain the pool. The pool has been running negative in the chlorine for over a week. I watched the tech test the water on multiple days and did nothing to correct the issue. No communication or logging of chemical readings. It's either incompetence or they just don't care or both.
