James arrived at short notice, correctly diagnosed the issue - the leak was at the worn impeller bearing - and removed the motor after draining the tub for repair by his expert machinist who replaced the bearing with a new, sealed variant. Not only was this a denial of our throwaway society - the motor itself (branded 'Jacuzzi') was still in great shape and not to be recycled - the cost of repair was half that of replacement. The leak is cured, the refurbished motor is silent and all is working as it should. James is a top class technician of high integrity and is recommended without reservation.

Not many pool companies were even open for business during the winter. We found a handyman type of guy and he did successfuly assist us in retracting the cover and determining the issue. By August of 2022 we still did not have a working pool. In September 2022 we hired Budget Pool and Spa. Gary and his tech guys worked quickly to try and save the pool structure and ordered a new liner. Due to circumstances out of his control the liner that arrived in October did not fit. We filled the pool to save the inner structure and covered it for another winter. Gary returned in March, and the process began again. By Memorial Weekend we had a beautiful working pool which included new steps, new pump and new liner. The best part is everything is more efficient, savings on water use, savings on electricity with new pump and savings on chemicals. We highly recommend Budget Pool and Spa

The employees are so friendly (even if you say your from Ca)! I found myself very comfortable and relaxed talking to them. Our house was not finished yet so we said we would be back in spring. After about 6 months we decided to head back after our HOA approval and talk to them again. They remembered us after a few mins and stepped right in to help again. So see, since Covid 19 a lot of stores shut down and business is back ordered with so many trying to get caught up. Our choice was a custom build or buy what's left on the floor. I fell in love with the one on the floor and we grabbed it! It's beautiful, everything we wanted. These guys came out did a land assessment and electriciancame out to make sure we are already to go!! Went back to Snake River and they beat the price on a similar spa by 500.00 and they did not require a complete payoff before order, I put 5 grand down.Takes about six weeks to get from MFGR. SRPS offers mucho support for your contractor, Landscaper in prep for your spa and sends a team out to inspect prep to make sure your pad or vault is properly prepared. They suggested a real good Electrician who made it all work. My Brother-in-law had a Swim Spa put in by another company and it was a nightmare, ended up costing him more money and he is not happy with the finished product, told me to stay away from them. Suggest you spend the time shopping around for a good Landscaper, prices are night and day and you don't always get the best job with the highest bid and don't let some of these characters force you into a big down payment for them to set on your money for weeks and months in order to get on their schedule. Snake River has a lot of support and it goes on even after you get it delivered. A must in my book.

Didn't…read moregive a time estimate, Called me on the way to replace the pump with no notice, was noticeably annoyed when I said it wasn't a good time, no one at home, dogs were loose in the yard, and one is not friendly with strangers. Was informed he couldn't come back for a week. After sitting for a week, the hot tub had lost most of its water without the pump in place. I had to call again, to find out when he was coming. I informed him there was not enough water in the hot tub to start it, and it would need to be filled. This is what I came home to. Pump was in place but unfastened. I spent an hour after work fastening the pump down, replacing the insulation and finding two screws to replace the ones that were missing in the panel. Absolutely do not recommend.

We continued the service with Pool Doctor just to get us finished and closed up for the year. The technician who came out filled out his worksheet saying he had done all the services including scrubbing the sides and removing debris. We weren't home when he came out, but we checked the pool upon arriving home. Nothing at all had been cleaned. There were hundreds of worms in the pool and lots of other debris like leaves at the bottom. I spoke to the company and complained. The owner returned a call and acknowledged that the technician may have cut corners if he knew the owners were out of town. Still the owner didn't offer to come make it right, he said they could clean it up in the Spring. I don't feel like I want to pay for them to come clean up in the Spring what should have been cleaned up in the Fall. By the way we were still required to pay full fees as if all the cleaning had been done. I would not recommend this company. Update: I deleted a couple of things from my above review after receiving a phone call from the owner of the company and discussing the circumstances. We had a good conversation and I really appreciate his follow up on this matter. There were misunderstandings and assumptions made on both sides. Though we don't agree on all the details of what happened, it is clear that my complaint fell through a hole and didn't receive their typical level of follow up. He assured me that they always strive to keep their customers happy and that they have systems in place to deal with complaints as well as incentive systems in place to keep their employees motivated to do their best work. As a gesture of good will he offered to reimburse us for the fees we paid. We appreciate his gesture as well as his follow up and as a consequence we are replacing our one star rating with a three star rating.
